基于行為理論的酒店員工流動(dòng)分析
摘 要:旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展為酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的舞臺,但是酒店員工流失率的居高不下,嚴重阻礙了酒店的持續發(fā)展,傳統的經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究方法并不能從根本上解決問(wèn)題。行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)對理性人、效用最大化和均衡產(chǎn)出等標準經(jīng)濟理論內容構成了挑戰,為解決酒店員工流失率過(guò)高的問(wèn)題帶來(lái)了希望。本文以行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)為基礎,分析了我國當前酒店員工流失的現狀,并力圖從行為學(xué)視角尋求其內部和外部原因,并據以提出降低員工流失率的措施。

On Hotel staff turnover Basing on behavior theory
【Abstract】The booming development of tourism industry has provided of wide stage for the development of hotel industry .However, the high transfer rate of the hotel employee are seriously hindering the sustainable development of the hotel, which mainstream economics will not solve the problem fundamentally. Behavioral economics has become challenge to some standard theory, whose theory includes rationality, maximization of utility and equilibrium outcome. It brings hope to solving the problems of hotel staff flow. Basing on behavioral economics, this paper analysis of current situation of hotel staff flow in our country, and try to seek its internal and external reasons from the behaviorism perspective, and propose measures to reduce the rate of turnover.
