淺談導游帶團技能
 
摘 要:導游是1個(gè)國家（或地區）的代表、是人民的友好使者。導游帶團的優(yōu)劣直接影響到團隊的質(zhì)量。導游的帶團技能已成為旅行社業(yè)普遍關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本文首先闡述了導游帶團技能的概念及意義。然后就導游帶團技能中的形象塑造、協(xié)作技能、心理服務(wù)技能、引導游客觀(guān)景賞美技能以及協(xié)調與各相關(guān)部門(mén)關(guān)系的5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細的介紹，最后就如何提升導游帶團技能提出對策。

A Brief Study on the Skill in Leading the Package Tour
 
Abstract: The tourist guide is a representative of a country (or a region), and also a friendly envoy of all the people. The skill in leading the package tour has been a focus commonly concerned by tourism. This thesis first presents its importance, and then sets forth in details its five aspects: image design, cooperating skill, psychologically-serving skill, skill in leading tourists, and negotiating with the related departments. In the end, it puts forward some measures to promote it.
