外貿函電:如何用英文寫(xiě)訂單
1.文體介紹
訂貨(order)是買(mǎi)方為要求供應具體數量的貨物而提出的一種要求。此時(shí),交易雙方之間的陌生感已消除,可以說(shuō)已經(jīng)度過(guò)了接觸障礙和難關(guān)。
寫(xiě)定貨信時(shí)應注意以下幾點(diǎn):
(1)開(kāi)頭就直接說(shuō)明訂購的意圖。
(2)訂貨信一般應包括:商品的名稱(chēng)、品質(zhì)、數量、包裝、價(jià)格條件、支付條件以及需要對方提供的單據等。
(3)內容必須準確、清楚。不論是商品的價(jià)格還是商品的規格都應做到準確無(wú)誤,否則會(huì )帶來(lái)不必要的損失與麻煩。
賣(mài)方收到訂貨電子郵件后必須進(jìn)行確認。如果賣(mài)方無(wú)法提供買(mǎi)方所需要的貨物,則最好介紹一些合適的替代品;如果買(mǎi)方所需貨物的價(jià)格和規格發(fā)生了變化,賣(mài)方則提出還價(jià)并勸買(mǎi)方接受,但要注意:寫(xiě)拒絕接受訂貨的信時(shí),必須非常謹慎,應為日后有可能的交易留下余地。

1.文體介紹在對外貿易中,詢(xún)盤(pán),也叫詢(xún)價(jià)(inquiry或enquiry)是買(mǎi)方或買(mǎi)方對于所要購買(mǎi)或出售的商品向另一方作出的詢(xún)問(wèn)。詢(xún)盤(pán)是交易的起點(diǎn),可以分為:
普通詢(xún)盤(pán)(a general inquiry):索取普通資料,諸如:目錄(a catalogue)、價(jià)目表或報價(jià)單(a price-list or quotation sheets)、樣品(a sample)、圖片(illustrated photo prints)等。
具體詢(xún)盤(pán)(a specific inquiry):具體詢(xún)問(wèn)商品名稱(chēng)(the name of the commodity)、規格(the specifications)、數量(the quantity)、單價(jià)(the unit price FOB… CIF…),裝船期(the time of shipment)、付款方式(the terms of payment)等。
詢(xún)盤(pán)一般多為買(mǎi)方向賣(mài)方發(fā)出,買(mǎi)方通過(guò)詢(xún)盤(pán)信,簡(jiǎn)明扼要的向賣(mài)方了解一般的商品信息。利用E-mail寫(xiě)詢(xún)盤(pán)信,無(wú)須寫(xiě)的過(guò)分客氣,只需具體、簡(jiǎn)潔、措詞得體。有的詢(xún)盤(pán)信開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山,直截了當說(shuō)明訂購打算,希望對方給予一定優(yōu)惠條件;有的詢(xún)盤(pán)信則以征詢(xún)信息的方式,不許下訂貨諾言,以避免結果未訂購可能形成的日后交易中的障礙。

報盤(pán)(offer),也叫報價(jià),是賣(mài)方主動(dòng)向買(mǎi)方提供商品信息,或者是對詢(xún)盤(pán)的答復,是賣(mài)方根據賣(mài)方的來(lái)信,向買(mǎi)方報盤(pán),其內容可包括商品名稱(chēng)、規格、數量、包裝條件、價(jià)格、付款方式和交貨期限等。報盤(pán)有兩種:
虛盤(pán)(non-firm offers),即無(wú)約束力的報盤(pán)。一般情況下,多數報盤(pán)均為虛盤(pán),虛盤(pán)不規定報盤(pán)的有效日期,并且附有保留條件,如:The offer is subject to our final confirmation/prior sale.該報盤(pán)已我方最后確認為準/是否事先售出為準。
實(shí)盤(pán)(firm offers)則規定有效日期,而且賣(mài)盤(pán)一旦被接受,報盤(pán)人就不能撤回。
