1.“work out a schedule”表示“制定出日程安排或計劃表”。
2.“attend a meeting”表示“參加會(huì )議”。
3.“regarding”為介詞,表示“關(guān)于,至于”,例如:Regarding your recent inquiry.I have enclosed a copy of our new brochure.(關(guān)于您最近的詢(xún)盤(pán),我已經(jīng)附了一本我們的新手冊。)
4.本對話(huà)中出現了4次“將來(lái)進(jìn)行時(shí)”,you'll be meeting/interviewing/attending/ having.這個(gè)時(shí)態(tài)的謂語(yǔ)結構是“will/shall be+動(dòng)詞

如何安排上司日程
安排上司的工作日程,在時(shí)間上一定要留有余地。有許多秘書(shū)為了爭分奪秒,把時(shí)間安排得十分緊湊,上司剛剛開(kāi)完董事會(huì ),就安排其與其他公司會(huì )談等。其實(shí),這樣看似搶出了時(shí)間,讓人的潛力得到了最大程度的發(fā)揮,然而事實(shí)恰恰相反,這樣做不但不能提高工作效率,反而弄得上司疲憊不堪。因此,安排日程時(shí),認真估算時(shí)間是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵步驟。
由于上司工作忙、時(shí)間緊,制定日程表時(shí),秘書(shū)一定要選擇效率最高的計劃。例如,上司要到幾家公司拜訪(fǎng),是先到A公司還是先到B公司?是由A公司到C公司還是由B公司到C公司?對于這些問(wèn)題,秘書(shū)要事先統籌考慮,找出最佳行車(chē)路線(xiàn),減少路上耽誤的時(shí)間。
若上司經(jīng)常乘車(chē)外出,則秘書(shū)應對乘車(chē)時(shí)間和交通狀況有個(gè)清楚的了解。比如交通高峰時(shí)擁擠的情況、順行和逆行的情況、周末和平時(shí)的情況等等,秘書(shū)對于這些情況要胸中有數,才能比較準確地估算出在路上所需要的時(shí)間。
