生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)
1、投資方銀行資信證明原件2份;
The Credit Letter of the investor from bank;(2 origins)
2、投資方開(kāi)業(yè)證明復印件;
The copy of the Certificate of Corporation
3、投資公司開(kāi)業(yè)證明或投資人護照的公證認證原件2份(投資方于當地公證處公證再于中國大使館認證);
The Notarization certificate and the Verification certificate of the investing company or individuals
(2 origins)(First Notarized at the local Notary Public ,then Verified at the Chinese Consultancy)
4、擬設立公司成立董事會(huì )的提供董事會(huì )成員名單及身份證明復印件;若設執行董事的須提供執行董事身份證明復印件;
If the Board is to be set up,the list of the board and the ID certificates of the members should be supplied;
if the CEO is to be set up,the ID certificate of the CEO should be supplied;
5、擬設立公司監事身份證明復印件;
The ID certificate of the supervisor should be supplied;
6、擬設立公司法定代表人身份證明復印件及一寸彩照三張;
The one-inch color photos of the Legal Representative of the planned company and the copy of his/her ID certificate;
7、投資公司成立一年以上的須提供上一年度的審計報告復印件;
If the investing company has been set up for more than one year,the annual Audit Report of last year should be supplied;
8、若投資公司法定代表人或投資人不便簽署有關(guān)材料的須授權他人代為簽署有關(guān)材料，提供授權書(shū)原件3份;
If it is not convinient for the Legal Representative of the Investing company to sign the related materials,
he/she can authorise others but the Authorisation Letter is needed(3 origins)
9、投資公司簡(jiǎn)介或投資人履歷;
The introduction of the investing company or the Resume of the individual investor;
10、擬設立公司經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍、進(jìn)出口商品目錄。
The business scope and the list of export and import commodity;
另有其它材料由我方準備，投資方簽字。
Other materials needed will prepared by our company .
注：食品生產(chǎn)加工型企業(yè)在辦理執照前須辦理環(huán)保批文和食品衛生許可證。
Attention:Before applying the Business License ,a Food Manufactural Factry should first
apply for the approval from the Environmental Bureau and Shanghai Food and Drug Administration
流程：
Procedures:
1、查明(在名稱(chēng)無(wú)重復的情況下須5個(gè)工作日);
Name Apprval(5working days if the names are not repeated with other companies)
2、報送外商投資委員會(huì )申請批復和批準證書(shū)(批復在材料齊全的情況下約30個(gè)工作日);
Apply for Approval Certificate from ShanghaiForeign Investment Commission(30 working days if the materials are well prepared)
3、在名稱(chēng)核準后辦理環(huán)保批文(一切都合格的情況下約40個(gè)工作日);
After the name is approved ,apply for the approval from the Environmental Bureau
(about 40 working days if the materials are well prepared)
4、報送工商局申請營(yíng)業(yè)執照(材料齊全的情況下約10個(gè)工作日);
Apply for the Business License from Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce
(About 10 working days if the materials are well prepared)
5、申請組織機構代碼(2個(gè)工作日);
Apply for Organization Code Certificate(2 working days)
6、申請統計證(1個(gè)工作日);
Apply fot Statistic Certificate(1 working day)
7、對外經(jīng)濟貿易委員會(huì )備案申請進(jìn)出口權(須培訓，培訓合格后領(lǐng)批復);
Apply for the right of import and export(after the training ,the planned company can get the approval)
8、申請稅務(wù)登記證(約15個(gè)工作日，須檢查注冊地是否合格);
Apply for Tax Registration Certificate(About 15 working days if the registrated site is qualified)
9、外匯備案(1個(gè)工作日);
Records of Foreign Exchange(1 working day)
10、客戶(hù)開(kāi)設資本金帳戶(hù)及基本帳戶(hù);
Open Foreign exchange Capital Account and Primary Account
11、財政登記證(1個(gè)工作日);
Apply for Fiscal Registration Certificate(About 15 working days)
12、海關(guān)登記證(約5個(gè)工作日);
Apply for Customs Registraion Certificate(About 5 working days)
13、申請一般納稅人資格(約30個(gè)工作日)。
