　　一．內容Content

　　1.方式 甲方到乙方所在地進(jìn)行一對一授課

　　Method Party A come to the place of Party B to have one-to-one classes

　　2.人數 一人 No. of students one

　　3.計劃 每周上課2次，每次授課2小時(shí)，50周， 共200小時(shí) 甲方和乙方將會(huì )根據實(shí)際情況進(jìn)步不確認上課次數及時(shí)間 Plan Twice per week, 2 hours each time, 50 week, 200 hours in total

　　Party A and Party B shall further negotiate to confirm the specific time 4.目的 提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，閱讀水平和信函閱讀寫(xiě)作能力

　　Purpose improve students’ spoken and comprehension English and letter reading

　　and writing

　　5.內容 1.英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力：語(yǔ)法，詞匯，發(fā)音，日�？谡Z(yǔ)對話(huà)交流 2.英語(yǔ)閱讀能力：原版英語(yǔ)文章，BBC,VOA 等基礎性文章

　　3.信函寫(xiě)作能力： e-mail 寫(xiě)作， 報告的寫(xiě)作方法及規格，書(shū)信，各

　　種留言寫(xiě)作，

　　具體教學(xué)大綱及計劃安排由乙方在問(wèn)卷調查后再根據實(shí)際情況制定

　　6.形式 采取模塊教學(xué) Module teaching 量身定制針對性課程 Customized courses

　　二.服務(wù)Service

　　1.前期準備1 對目標學(xué)員得英語(yǔ)水平進(jìn)行評定 Early method Level check for target students Preparations 1 1.筆試（約40分鐘）

　　Written test （about 40 minutes） 2.口試 （一對一 ，約十分鐘）

　　Spoken test （one to one, about 10 minutes）

　　2.前期準備2 培訓需求調查分析

　　Early method analysis of survey on training needs Preparations 2 針對個(gè)人

　　Personal management

　　3. 前期準備3 甲方根據乙方提供以下分析報告決定方案的選擇

　　Early method Party A chooses the program based on the Party B’s analysis report Preparations 3 1.測試和分析報告

　　2.培訓方案合同

　　Training program and contract

　　4.實(shí)施過(guò)程 1. 組織和安排培訓的實(shí)施 Organize and arrange the training Progress of 2.培訓中反饋意見(jiàn)調查

　　Implementation investigate the feedback from the training 3.根據調查分析做合適調整

　　Make proper adjustment according to the investigation analysis 4．提供階段性評估 Offer periodic assessment 5. 提供評估報告和建議
