中美兩國達成氣候減排合約，意味著(zhù)全球最大的兩個(gè)碳排放體進(jìn)入全球碳排放體系。中美氣候減排的合約也是中國市場(chǎng)開(kāi)啟的一個(gè)信號，現在全國碳排放權交易市場(chǎng)方案已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了加速研究的階段，并且有可能在2016年推出，中國市場(chǎng)將迎來(lái)新機遇。
