一、指導思想
本學(xué)期要切實(shí)根據Go for it 英語(yǔ)新課程標準開(kāi)展教育教學(xué)，適應新課程改革的需要，面向全體學(xué)生，增強學(xué)生實(shí)際英語(yǔ)駕馭能力和創(chuàng )新精神。積極倡導合作探究的學(xué)習方式。培養學(xué)生積極地情感態(tài)度和正確的人生價(jià)值觀(guān)，學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和終身發(fā)展奠定基礎。具體來(lái)說(shuō)：
1、面向全體學(xué)生，關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的愛(ài)好，幫助他們建立學(xué)習的成就感和自信心，培養創(chuàng )新精神；
2、整體設計目標，體現靈活開(kāi)放，目標設計以學(xué)生技能，語(yǔ)言知識，情感態(tài)度，學(xué)習策略和文化意識的發(fā)展為基礎；
3、突出學(xué)生主體，尊重個(gè)體差異
4、靈活采用臨沂市“三五三教學(xué)模式”進(jìn)行教學(xué)，讓學(xué)生在老師的指導下通過(guò)感知、體驗、實(shí)踐、參與和合作等方式，實(shí)現任務(wù)的目標，感受成功；
5、關(guān)注過(guò)程評價(jià)，促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展，讓英語(yǔ)成為學(xué)生學(xué)習生活中最實(shí)用的工具。
二、教學(xué)目標
提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習動(dòng)機，培養學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)的學(xué)習態(tài)度。對有關(guān)認識話(huà)題的陳述并能參與討論。能根據閱讀目的運用適當的閱讀策略。能與他人合作，解決問(wèn)題并報告結果，共同完成學(xué)習任務(wù)。能在學(xué)習中互相幫助，克服困難。能合理計劃和安排學(xué)習任務(wù)，積極探索適合自己的學(xué)習方法。在學(xué)習和日常交際中能留意到中外文化的差異。
三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)
本學(xué)期的重點(diǎn)將繼承學(xué)習詞匯和習慣用語(yǔ)，學(xué)習的一些語(yǔ)法知識點(diǎn)有：頻率副詞、詢(xún)問(wèn)情況、方式狀語(yǔ)、提出邀請、形容詞比較級、最高級等。其中狀語(yǔ)從句和形容詞是本冊的難點(diǎn)，將重點(diǎn)學(xué)習。
四、教材分析
1、新教材充分體現了新課標的“以人為本”教學(xué)理念。達到“以人為本”全面發(fā)展的新型素質(zhì)教育觀(guān)， 新教材突出了功能和結構的有機結合。新教材非常注重話(huà)題，每個(gè)單元都圍繞一個(gè)具體的話(huà)題展開(kāi)，突出了話(huà)題結構、功能、實(shí)際運用三個(gè)方面的結合。讓每個(gè)話(huà)題貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際，更便于學(xué)生靈活運用。
2、 倡導“任務(wù)型”教學(xué)， 強調課堂上師生互動(dòng)。
本教材共12單元，。按要求，第一階段為1—6單元，第二階段為7—12單元。課本增加了讀寫(xiě)訓練的比重，以便于聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的全面訓練。其內容主要反映了學(xué)生的日常學(xué)習和生活。課本設計了中外學(xué)生同校學(xué)習的情景，便于介紹英語(yǔ)國家的風(fēng)俗習慣和文化。題材范圍更廣，除了學(xué)生的學(xué)校生活和家庭生活，還反映了學(xué)生的校外活動(dòng)、勞動(dòng)、衛生保健、體育運動(dòng)、節日、尊師愛(ài)生、團結友愛(ài)、助人為樂(lè )的道德風(fēng)尚。
五、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量措施方案
1、多聽(tīng)課，特殊學(xué)校組織外出聽(tīng)課，更要虛心學(xué)習
2、認真鉆研教材，提高自己駕馭教材的能力
3、準確引導尖子生，抓好中等生，輔導好學(xué)困生
4、作業(yè)做到全批全改，發(fā)現問(wèn)題及時(shí)反潰或單獨輔導
5、認真備課，認真上課，盡量提高四十五分鐘的效率
6、 天天背誦課文中的對話(huà)。目的：要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫(xiě)，培養語(yǔ)感。
7、 天天記5個(gè)生詞，2個(gè)常用句子或習語(yǔ)。實(shí)施：利用“互測及教師抽查”及時(shí)檢查，保證效果并堅持下去。
8、 認真貫徹晨讀制度：規定晨讀內容，加強監督，保證晨讀效果。
9、 堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價(jià)制度：對英語(yǔ)學(xué)習實(shí)行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要給學(xué)生檢驗自己努力成果的機會(huì )，讓進(jìn)步的'同學(xué)體會(huì )到成就感，讓落后的同學(xué)找出差距，感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學(xué)習氛圍，培養學(xué)生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。
10、 對后進(jìn)生進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)輔導，布置單獨的作業(yè)，讓他們在小進(jìn)步、小轉變中體味學(xué)習的快樂(lè )，樹(shù)立學(xué)習的自信，盡快成長(cháng)起來(lái)。
11、 關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感，營(yíng)造寬松、民主、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍。
12、 實(shí)施“任務(wù)型”的教學(xué)途徑，培養學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運用能力
13、 在教學(xué)中根據目標并結合教學(xué)內容，創(chuàng )造性地設計貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過(guò)思索、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習和使用英語(yǔ)，完成學(xué)習任務(wù)。
14、加強對學(xué)生學(xué)習策略的指導，為他們終身學(xué)習奠定基礎。
