　　My name is Liu Ying and I will graduate from Xi’an FanYi University in the year 20XX。 My major is secretary in English department。

　　尋求工作的人在寫(xiě)求職信時(shí)，應遵循以下幾個(gè)基本原則：

　　1.根據求職的目的來(lái)布局謀篇，把重要的內容領(lǐng)先在首要的集團上，并加以證實(shí)。

　　2.對相同或相似的內容進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)組合，段與段之間按邏輯順序銜接。從閱信人的角度出發(fā)組織內容。

　　3.信件要具個(gè)人特色、親切且能體現出專(zhuān)業(yè)水平。切不可過(guò)于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式--商業(yè)信函應該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。

　　4.意思表達要直接簡(jiǎn)潔，這樣能表現出你珍惜他人的時(shí)間。

　　5.書(shū)寫(xiě)要清晰、簡(jiǎn)單明了，避免使用術(shù)語(yǔ)和過(guò)于復雜的復合句。

　　6.內容、語(yǔ)氣、用詞的選擇和對希望的表達要積極，應該充分顯示出你是一個(gè)樂(lè )觀(guān) 、有責任心、有創(chuàng )造力和通情達理的人。

　　7.句子結構和長(cháng)度應富于變化，使閱信人總保持興趣。

　　8.用具體事例提高閱信人的注意力，消除他們的懷疑心理。

　　9.提供閱信人感興趣的信息和內容。

　　10.提供一些反映閱信人興趣的信息。
