求職者向用人單位發(fā)出的求職信中，大部分都是應征特定職位的求職信，這一類(lèi)信通常都附有簡(jiǎn)歷，不需要向招聘單位再索取報名表格。

　　應征特定職位的求職信具有向招聘者說(shuō)明簡(jiǎn)歷和具體求職內容的作用。在簡(jiǎn)歷中你已經(jīng)將自己的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷或教育情況列表說(shuō)明了，在求職信里就應著(zhù)重顯示自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

　　在求職信里要簡(jiǎn)短地對簡(jiǎn)歷中提到的與應聘職位有關(guān)的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷和技能加以說(shuō)明。但是，只是簡(jiǎn)單的重復簡(jiǎn)歷里的內容是不夠的。要把簡(jiǎn)歷里沒(méi)有的內容充分添加進(jìn)去，顯示出與其他應聘者的差別。你需要傳達的信息是：對這份工作的渴望，為什么你適合這個(gè)職位，以及表達你真誠希望加入對方團隊的愿望。

　　在第一段里，明確陳述你想應聘的職位名稱(chēng)，第二段說(shuō)明你已了解這項工作和公司的要求，闡述你為什么認為你符合對方的招聘條件。第三段講清你本人希望在何時(shí)面試、何時(shí)可以上班以及其他福利方面你希望的標準。第四段則用表達真誠希望的語(yǔ)句結束這封信。

　　典型的求職信格式是：你的地址寫(xiě)在信紙的右上方，地址下面是寫(xiě)信日期。信紙左上角要寫(xiě)上接受你求職信的人的姓名和尊稱(chēng)其下面是該公司的名稱(chēng)和地址。再下面就是招聘廣告中給出的其他相關(guān)代碼。請看如下范例：
