　　一、明確求職目標，切忌盲目自卑

　　有些畢業(yè)生在求職面試多次碰壁后變得茫然，不知所措，不知道自己能干什么，適合干什么，缺乏自我定位。還有些畢業(yè)生為了表示自己的誠意，在求職面試時(shí)跟招聘者說(shuō)，我什么都能干，沒(méi)有工資都行，只要給我一個(gè)機會(huì )。這使得用人單位哭笑不得：對高校畢業(yè)生，特別是屢遭挫折的求職者來(lái)說(shuō)，掌握就業(yè)信息十分重要。在當前畢業(yè)生大幅度增加的情況下，要切忌把目標定得過(guò)高，并要不斷總結經(jīng)驗教訓，鍥而不舍地為實(shí)現自己的目標而努力。

　　二、備好求職材料，切忌面面俱到

　　畢業(yè)生首先必備的是一份簡(jiǎn)歷，一份求職信。一分“推銷(xiāo)”自己的簡(jiǎn)歷一、兩頁(yè)紙就夠了，冗長(cháng)的簡(jiǎn)歷往往被招人聘人隨手擱置一旁。簡(jiǎn)歷要避免錯字、別字和拼寫(xiě)錯誤;要突出自己的能力、專(zhuān)長(cháng)或師從的著(zhù)名教授。切忌面面俱到，要突出重點(diǎn)，使用人單位在最短的時(shí)間里就能了解應聘者最主要的內容。

　　簡(jiǎn)歷不要花里胡哨，如果是電子簡(jiǎn)歷，不宜帶任何圖案的點(diǎn)綴，以免被單位的服務(wù)器當作病毒拒收。寄簡(jiǎn)歷的同時(shí)，應附上一封簡(jiǎn)要的求職信，概述一下自己的目標和愿望，再簡(jiǎn)述自己的經(jīng)歷和能力。不要同時(shí)給多家單位發(fā)千篇一律的求職信。一些畢業(yè)生抱著(zhù)“廣種博收”的心理狀態(tài)把“精美的”自薦材料復印若干份寄往不同的用人單位，這些毫無(wú)個(gè)性的`自薦材料又有多少會(huì )引起招聘者的注意呢?其結果也許只有一個(gè)——當廢紙處理掉。

　　三、衣著(zhù)舉止得體，切忌不拘小節

　　國外的一位招聘專(zhuān)家曾說(shuō)過(guò)：“我們很注意觀(guān)察應聘者的行為舉止。當應聘者來(lái)到房間后，我會(huì )注意觀(guān)察他是否等我請他坐下時(shí)再坐”。

　　很多畢業(yè)生并不知道，招聘者對應聘者衣著(zhù)和舉止言行的觀(guān)察尤其細致。誰(shuí)都知道不能穿一件花襯衣和五顏六色的襪子去面試、盡管西服、領(lǐng)帶顯得有點(diǎn)嚴肅，但還是最好的著(zhù)裝。畢業(yè)生如果不顧自己的條件，臨近畢業(yè)進(jìn)行美容、購置高檔服裝等全面“包裝”的做法也并不可取。
