  面試考核測評十二點(diǎn)注意事項

  從理論上講,面試可以測評應試者任何素質(zhì),但由于人員甄選方法都有其長(cháng)處和短處,揚長(cháng)避短綜合運用,則事半功倍,否則就很可能事倍功半。因此,在人員甄選實(shí)踐中,我們并不是以面試去測評一個(gè)人的所有素質(zhì),而是有選擇地用面試去測評它最能測評的內容。

  面試測評的主要內容如下:

  1、儀表風(fēng)度

  這是指應試者的體型、外貌、氣色、衣著(zhù)舉止、精神狀態(tài)等。像國家公務(wù)員、教師、公關(guān)人員、企業(yè)經(jīng)理人員等職位,對儀表風(fēng)度的要求較高。研究表明,儀表端莊、衣著(zhù)整潔、舉止文明的人,一般做事有規律、注意自我約束、責任心強。

  2、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識

  了解應試者掌握專(zhuān)業(yè)知識的深度和廣度,其專(zhuān)業(yè)知識更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對專(zhuān)業(yè)知識筆試補充。面試對專(zhuān)業(yè)知識的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問(wèn)題也更接近空缺崗位對專(zhuān)業(yè)知識的需求。

  3、工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗

  一般根據查閱應試者的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷或求職登記表,作些相關(guān)的提問(wèn)。查詢(xún)應試者有關(guān)背景及過(guò)去工作的情況,以補充、證實(shí)其所具有的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,通過(guò)工作經(jīng)歷與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗的了解,還可以考察應試者的責任感、主動(dòng)性、思維力、口頭表達能力及遇事的理智狀況等。

  4、口頭表達能力

  面試中應試者是否能夠將自己的思想、觀(guān)點(diǎn)、意見(jiàn)或建議順暢地用語(yǔ)言表達出來(lái)?疾斓木唧w內容包括:表達的邏輯性、準確性、感染力、音質(zhì)、音色、音量、音調等。

  5、綜合分析能力

  面試中,應試者是否能對主考官所提出的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析抓住本質(zhì),并且說(shuō)理透徹、分析全面、條理清晰。

  6、反應能力與應變能力

  主要看應試者對主考官所得的問(wèn)題理解是否準確,回答的迅速性、準確性等。對于突發(fā)問(wèn)題的反應是否機智敏捷、回答恰當。對于意外事情的處理是否得當、妥當等。

  7、人際交往能力

  在面試中,通過(guò)詢(xún)問(wèn)應試者經(jīng)常參與哪些社團活動(dòng),喜歡同哪種類(lèi)型的人打交道,在各種社交場(chǎng)合所扮演的角色,可以了解應試者的人際交往傾向和與人相處的.技巧。

  8、自我控制能力與情緒穩定性

  自我控制能力對于國家公務(wù)員及許多其他類(lèi)型的工作人員(如企業(yè)的管理人員)顯得尤為重要。一方面,在遇到上級批評指責、工作有壓力或是個(gè)人利益受到?jīng)_擊時(shí),能夠克制、容忍、理智地對待,不致因情緒波動(dòng)而影響工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韌勁。

  9、工作態(tài)度

  一是了解應試者對過(guò)去學(xué)習、工作的態(tài)度;二是了解其對現報考職位的態(tài)度。在過(guò)去學(xué)習或工作中態(tài)度不認真,做什么、做好做壞者無(wú)所謂的人,在新的工作崗位也很難說(shuō)能勤勤懇懇、認真負責。

  10、上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心

  上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心強烈的人,一般都確立有事業(yè)上的奮斗目標,并為之而積極努力。表現在努力把現有工作做好,且不安于現狀,工作中常有創(chuàng )新。上進(jìn)心不強的人,一般都是安于現狀,無(wú)所事事,不求有功,但求無(wú)過(guò),對什么事都不熱心。

  11、求職動(dòng)機

  了解應試者為何希望來(lái)本單位工作,對哪類(lèi)工作最感興趣,在工作中追求什么,判斷本單位所能提供的職位或工作條件等能否滿(mǎn)足其工作要求和期望。

  12、業(yè)余興趣與愛(ài)好

  應試者休閑時(shí)愛(ài)從事哪些運動(dòng),喜歡閱讀哪些書(shū)籍,喜歡什么樣的電視節目,有什么樣的嗜好等,可以了解一個(gè)人的興趣與愛(ài)好,這對錄用后的工作安排常有好處。
