簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)作三原則
一份卓有成效的英文簡(jiǎn)歷是開(kāi)啟事業(yè)之門(mén)的鑰匙。正規的簡(jiǎn)歷有許多不同的樣式和格式。大多數求職者把能想到情況的都寫(xiě)進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)歷中,但我們都知道沒(méi)有人會(huì )愿意閱讀一份長(cháng)達五頁(yè)的流水帳般的英文簡(jiǎn)歷,尤其是繁忙的人事工作者。這里有三條寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷的重要原則:以一個(gè)工作目標為重點(diǎn),將英文簡(jiǎn)歷視為一個(gè)廣告,再就是盡量陳述有利條件以爭取面試機會(huì )。
第一原則是要有重點(diǎn)。
一個(gè)招聘者希望看到你對自己的事業(yè)采取的是認真負責的態(tài)度。不要忘記雇主在尋找的是適合某一特定職位的`人,這個(gè)人將是數百名應聘者中最合適的一個(gè)。因此如果簡(jiǎn)歷的陳述沒(méi)有工作和職位重點(diǎn),或是把你描寫(xiě)成一個(gè)適合于所有職位的求職者,你很可能將無(wú)法在任何求職競爭中勝出。
第二條原則是把簡(jiǎn)歷看作一份廣告,推銷(xiāo)你自己。
最成功的廣告通常要求簡(jiǎn)短而且富有感召力,并且能夠多次重復重要信息。你的簡(jiǎn)歷應該限制在一頁(yè)以?xún),工作介紹不要以段落的形式出現;盡量運用動(dòng)作性短語(yǔ)使語(yǔ)言鮮活有力;在簡(jiǎn)歷頁(yè)面上端寫(xiě)一段總結性語(yǔ)言,陳述你在事業(yè)上最大的優(yōu)勢,然后在工作介紹中再將這些優(yōu)勢以工作經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績(jì)的形式加以敘述。
制作簡(jiǎn)歷的第三條原則是陳述有利信息,爭取成功機會(huì ),也就是說(shuō)盡量避免在簡(jiǎn)歷階段就遭到拒絕。
為面試階段所進(jìn)行的簡(jiǎn)歷篩選的過(guò)程就是一個(gè)刪除不合適人選的過(guò)程。如果你把自己置身于招聘者的立場(chǎng)就會(huì )明白:招聘時(shí)每次面視都需要較長(cháng)時(shí)間,因此對招聘者來(lái)說(shuō)進(jìn)入面試階段的應聘者人數越少越好。招聘者對理想的應聘者有也有要求:相應的教育背景,工作經(jīng)歷,以及技術(shù)水平,這會(huì )是應聘者在新的職位上取得成功的關(guān)鍵。應聘者應該符合這些關(guān)鍵條件,這樣才能打動(dòng)招聘者并贏(yíng)得面視機會(huì )。同時(shí),簡(jiǎn)歷中不要有其他無(wú)關(guān)信息,以免影響招聘者對你的看法。
記住,寫(xiě)作簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí),要強調工作目標和重點(diǎn),語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)短,多用動(dòng),并且避免會(huì )使你被淘汰的不相關(guān)的信息。人力資源管理者都很繁,在篩除掉不合適的應聘者前不會(huì )花費時(shí)間來(lái)瀏覽每一份簡(jiǎn)歷。當你獲準參加面視,簡(jiǎn)歷就完成了使命。
