畢業(yè)生就業(yè)制度改為社會(huì )選擇就業(yè)制度后，求職者首先遇到的就是如何寫(xiě)好求職信。通過(guò)寫(xiě)求職信與用人單位取得聯(lián)系，也是“雙選”就業(yè)的一種有效方式。學(xué)會(huì )寫(xiě)好求職信和填好履歷表，是踏上成功的第一步。因為將求職信寫(xiě)得清楚、準確又有條理，會(huì )給用人單位留下一個(gè)良好的第一印象。也是吸引聘人單位的重要條件之一。寫(xiě)求職信沒(méi)有成規，也沒(méi)有統一格式，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，求職信的`基本內容應包括以下幾點(diǎn)：
(一)用人消息是從什么地方得到的，說(shuō)明自己希望申請哪種工作。因為用人單位往往同時(shí)為多個(gè)崗位招聘人才，如不寫(xiě)清申請哪種工作，聘人單位將無(wú)法回復。
(二)告訴聘人單位，你對該項工作如何感興趣，你有哪方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識和特長(cháng)、才能，受過(guò)哪方面的培訓和鍛煉，對這項工作有何研究，有哪方面的成就等等。
(三)簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下自己的資歷，寫(xiě)出自己就讀的學(xué)校名稱(chēng)、主修和選修的科目。如果你覺(jué)得有必要，可以列出某些科目的考試成績(jì)。
(四)求職信中還可以寫(xiě)進(jìn)與求職有關(guān)的其他有利條件，如參加過(guò)哪些課外活動(dòng)，做過(guò)哪些調查，有哪方面的工作經(jīng)驗等等。
(五)求職信的最后，應該提醒聘人單位留意你附呈的簡(jiǎn)歷，請求給予回音等等。除了求職信的內容外，寫(xiě)求職信時(shí)還應該注意以下5個(gè)問(wèn)題：
(1)寫(xiě)求職信時(shí)，字跡不要潦草，應清楚、工整，給人一種辦事認真負責的印象。
(2)求職信應該具有針對性，每申請一份工作，應該認真寫(xiě)好一份求職信，以表示自己對申請這份工作很真誠。不要千篇一律的寫(xiě)幾十份求職信到處投寄，其結果必然是處處落空。
(3)謙虛是我國人民的美德，但在求職信里過(guò)分謙虛，就不能正確反映出你的實(shí)績(jì)和才能。應該在求職信里強調自己的長(cháng)處，但是，在強調長(cháng)處時(shí)，又要避免出現過(guò)于自負、自信。
(4)在求職信中需要用我覺(jué)得、我看、我想、我認為等語(yǔ)氣來(lái)說(shuō)明自己的觀(guān)點(diǎn)時(shí)，要慎重，否則會(huì )給聘人單位留下你自高自大、思想不成熟的感覺(jué)。
(5)字跡整潔，文句通順，語(yǔ)氣精練，切忌冗長(cháng)，實(shí)事求是，突出重點(diǎn)。
