　　英文自薦信格式介紹

　　(1)以學(xué)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷basic resume

　　這種形式適應于應屆畢業(yè)生或中學(xué)畢業(yè)后仍在待業(yè)的求職人員，因為沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)歷，所以把重點(diǎn)放在學(xué)業(yè)上，從最高學(xué)歷往下寫(xiě)。

　　在basic resume中，一般包括下列元素：

　　a. personal date(個(gè)人資料)：name(姓名)、address(通訊地址)、postal code(郵政編碼)、phone number(電話(huà)號碼)、birthdate(出生日期)、birthplace(出生地點(diǎn))、sex(性別)、height(身高)、weight(體重)、health(健康狀況)、date of availability(可到職日期)、number of identification card(身份證號碼)。因為是應屆畢業(yè)生或中學(xué)畢業(yè)不久，一般沒(méi)有結婚，因而可省略marital status(婚姻狀況)和children(兒女情況)兩項。當然，如果是研究生畢業(yè)已婚，則應寫(xiě)明。

　　b. job/career objective(應聘職位)。

　　c. education(學(xué)歷)：就讀學(xué)校及系科的名稱(chēng)、學(xué)位、始止時(shí)間和應聘職位相關(guān)的課程與成績(jì)、社會(huì )實(shí)踐、課外活動(dòng)、獎勵等都應一一列出。

　　d. special skill(特別技能)。

　　e. hobbies/interests(業(yè)余愛(ài)好)。如果在學(xué)歷項目的課外活動(dòng)中已經(jīng)注明，此項則不必重復。

　　(2)以經(jīng)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷chronological resume

　　以這種形式出現的英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷，往往側重于工作經(jīng)歷，把同應聘職位有關(guān)的經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績(jì)按時(shí)間順序書(shū)寫(xiě)出來(lái)，把工作經(jīng)歷放在學(xué)歷之前。經(jīng)歷和學(xué)歷的時(shí)間順序均是由近至遠。

　　毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，這種形式的英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷適合于有工作經(jīng)驗的求職人員。

　　在chronological resume中，通常包括以下元素： a. personal date(個(gè)人資料)。具體內容同以學(xué)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷相同，不過(guò)，因為你參加工作多年，已進(jìn)入結婚年齡，所以不管你是否結婚，都應注明婚姻狀況和兒女情況。

　　b. job/career objective(應聘職位)。

　　c. work experience(工作經(jīng)歷)。務(wù)必寫(xiě)明自己在每個(gè)工作單位的職位、職責和業(yè)績(jì)以及工作起止時(shí)間。

　　d. education(學(xué)歷)：因為你已工作多年，雇主重點(diǎn)考慮你的工作經(jīng)驗是否能勝任你所應聘的職位，所以學(xué)歷只是一個(gè)參考的因素，因而不必象以學(xué)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷那樣寫(xiě)得詳細，只需注明你就讀的校系名稱(chēng)、始止時(shí)間和學(xué)位即可。

　　e. technical qualifications and special skills(技術(shù)資格和特別技能)。

　　f. scientific research achievements(科研成果)。

　　(3)以職能為主的簡(jiǎn)歷functional resume

　　這種形式的英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷，也是突出工作經(jīng)歷，因而所含元素和以經(jīng)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷相同。以經(jīng)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷和以職能為主的簡(jiǎn)歷的根本差別在于：以經(jīng)歷為主的簡(jiǎn)歷是按時(shí)間順序來(lái)排列工作經(jīng)歷，而以職能為主的簡(jiǎn)歷則按工作職能或性質(zhì)來(lái)概括工作經(jīng)歷，并無(wú)時(shí)間上的連貫性，旨在強調某些特定的工作能力和適應程度。比方說(shuō)，你曾經(jīng)在兩個(gè)不同的工作單位擔任相同的職務(wù)或負責相同的業(yè)務(wù)，便可歸納在一個(gè)項目之中。例如：

　　I am a junior student in English Department of Foreign Language School, South West University, China. And I am going on 21 years old this March. I like drawing pictures and when I was a 5th-year-student at primary school, I enrolled in a drawing studio. The whole study of drawing lasted for almost 6 years. It helped me become more patient and much easier to concentrate myself, for in order to give birth to a satisfied picture, I have to ignore all the distractions, concentrate on the pencils and papers and be patient enough to finish the picture one touch after another. At university, I designed and painted many posters for my community. I also like playing ping-pong ball and badminton. Those sports make me feel energetic and happy. 　　I have been a tutor of English during the previous summer holiday. The kids liked me very much. I also volunteered in a project launched by the local Education Bureau aiming at helping the local poverty-stricken university students in the summer of 2007. In the next summer holiday, I joined the group work with several other schoolmates in doing a survey about the development of china making industry of my hometown. We went to the relevant government offices and the factories, interviewed different kinds of people (the government officers, the managers, the workers as well as the masters of china-making in factories).
