醫生是一個(gè)神圣的職業(yè)，做一名好的醫生必須有良好的醫德醫風(fēng)，對病人負責，對疾病負責，是我們每一個(gè)臨床醫生義不容辭的責任。我們在臨床學(xué)習中要學(xué)會(huì )做聰明的醫生，有自我保護意識，避免醫療糾紛，膽大心要細，耐心地為病人家屬講解病情的危重程度，這樣一來(lái)也能改善醫患關(guān)系，能更好地促進(jìn)醫生與病人及其家屬之間的交流。醫患關(guān)系很重要，只有相互理解，相互配合，才能有利于疾病的轉歸，彼此應當“換位思考”，站在對方的角度體驗，疾病的難度，患者的焦急，醫生的盡力，都需要很好的交流與溝通。我們醫生應當把病人與疾病放在第一位，以治好疾病為目的，以減輕病人痛苦為原則，認真耐心地對待每一個(gè)病人及每一個(gè)疾病。
在內科實(shí)習過(guò)程中,我遇見(jiàn)過(guò)的一些臨床常見(jiàn)疾病如:腦出血,腦栓塞,蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血,小腦出血,頭痛,急性脊髓炎,麻醉意外性腦癱,周?chē)悦姘c,冠心病心絞痛,急性心肌梗死,高血壓病,慢性腎炎,腎病綜合征,系膜增生性腎小球腎炎,尿毒癥,腎盂腎炎,慢性支氣管炎,肺氣腫,肺部感染,咯血查因,上消化道出血,酒精性肝硬化,脾腫大,消化性潰瘍,慢性胃炎,貧血,糖尿病,低血糖昏迷,急性淋巴細胞白血病, 在這些疾病中我初步學(xué)會(huì )了怎樣用藥,初步懂的了其臨床表現,能夠基本掌握一般知識要領(lǐng).
實(shí)習了一段時(shí)間，我還學(xué)會(huì )了處理各種的人際關(guān)系�？剖依锩�，醫生和護士的關(guān)系，醫生和醫生之間的關(guān)系，醫生和病人及家屬的關(guān)系，下級醫生和上級醫生的關(guān)系。。。最大的體會(huì )就是低調——別把自己看得太了不起。‘三人行，必有我師’，上級醫生當然不用說(shuō)，護士老師也相當棒。今天又有一個(gè)閉式引流，我去給水封瓶裝生理鹽水。鉗子很不好使，那個(gè)金屬的蓋子怎么也打不開(kāi)，護士老師上來(lái)幾下就開(kāi)了，真是帥呆了;病人也非常值得尊敬，需要我們的'關(guān)心，大家互相尊重互相信任，才能戰勝我們共同的敵人——疾病。
光陰似箭，日月如梭，轉眼一年的時(shí)間就過(guò)去了，在理論學(xué)習后的臨床實(shí)踐我才剛剛起步，臨床經(jīng)驗還需要很大程度的積累，臨床技能還需要很大程度的加強。這段學(xué)習的日子，也開(kāi)始收獲臨床的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，這些就是我第一次臨床實(shí)習過(guò)程中對自己學(xué)習的評價(jià)，也是我一生中的體會(huì )。
