The environment of the world has been damaged by the human beings for so many years without much notice.In recent years,however,more and more nations have begun to preserve the environment as they have realized the importance of it.
The nature has given us so much,but look at what we have done in return for its generosity.Thousands upon thousands of trees have been cut down,including some precious species. Numerous rivers and lakes have been drained only to set up modern buildings. Priceless wildlife has turned into delicious dishes on the table.The air is being befouled by the smoke from the chimneys of the plants.
All this irritates the nature ,which results in the shortage of valuable resources,air pollution,countless acres of lands becoming deserts,etc.Fortunately,many countries have got to know the seriousness of the problem and take active measures to preserve the environment.We sincerely hope that all the peo;le in the world willtake part in the campaign and join hands to protect the nature.

20xx年我畢業(yè)于北華大學(xué)外語(yǔ)學(xué)院師范英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)，四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習讓我掌握了扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅持利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習，提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過(guò)一年的教學(xué)工作，我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語(yǔ)教師，之所以競聘這個(gè)崗位，基于以下三點(diǎn)原因：
一了解并熱愛(ài)我的學(xué)生這一屆高一學(xué)生從入學(xué)開(kāi)始就擔任一二班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。在一年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我揣摩著(zhù)，嘗試著(zhù)，與他們真誠溝通交流著(zhù)，已經(jīng)非常熟悉每個(gè)學(xué)生的性格特點(diǎn)和學(xué)習現狀，這為教學(xué)工作的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展，奠定了堅實(shí)的基礎。
二我有扎實(shí)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識我深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在學(xué)�；緦W(xué)科教學(xué)中的地位和作用，明確英語(yǔ)教師的職責和任務(wù)，也明白英語(yǔ)教師所應必備的素質(zhì)和要求，所以，自工作以來(lái)，我始終不忘學(xué)習，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。
三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢我正當青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛(ài)的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點(diǎn)也深受學(xué)生喜愛(ài)。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習了《英語(yǔ)課程標準》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強調教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強調要關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習的成就感和自信心。所以在教學(xué)中，我始終以學(xué)生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)思路，充分考慮學(xué)生的現有基礎，興趣愛(ài)好，學(xué)習風(fēng)格等差異。讓學(xué)生體驗和積極參與，建構知識，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過(guò)競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
一更加科學(xué)規范的做好日常教學(xué)工作，根據實(shí)際情況，在順應課改潮流的前提下，認真落實(shí)各項教學(xué)常規工作，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩中有升。
二加強個(gè)人修養，練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹(shù)立自己強烈的事業(yè)心和責任感，加強自己的工作能力，努力調動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭在教學(xué)中體現實(shí)力，在工組中保持動(dòng)力，在創(chuàng )新中增加壓力，在與學(xué)生同事的交往中體現凝聚力。
三針對我校學(xué)生實(shí)際，分析學(xué)情，尤其對英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生分析了成因：
1對英語(yǔ)不感興趣2錯誤歸因：一些學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習過(guò)程中遇到困難或失敗時(shí)，錯誤地把原因歸結于自己的能力，認為自己不是學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應有的努力，聽(tīng)之任之。3元認知欠缺：有的學(xué)生學(xué)習無(wú)目標，隨意性大；課上被動(dòng)地聽(tīng)課，等待老師布置作業(yè)；遇到問(wèn)題時(shí)，不懂采用任何補救措施，這些都是元認知的表現，也是造成學(xué)業(yè)不良的重要原因。
轉化學(xué)困生的具體措施：
1.培養興趣，正面激勵
困擾英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問(wèn)題。所以，我們在轉化英語(yǔ)學(xué)困生的時(shí)侯，關(guān)鍵要找到他的興趣點(diǎn)，激發(fā)他的興趣，使他具有學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的內在動(dòng)力。
2.確立目標，激發(fā)動(dòng)機
指導學(xué)生根據自己的學(xué)習基礎和認知水平確立學(xué)期目標。這個(gè)目標不能定的太高，必須是經(jīng)過(guò)努力可以達到的，并使他們認識到這個(gè)目標的最終實(shí)現需要以完成每天的學(xué)習任務(wù)為基礎。這些短期目標是學(xué)困生日常學(xué)習的動(dòng)力，可以防止他們三天打魚(yú)兩天曬網(wǎng)。
3.指導策略，樹(shù)立信心
有計劃按步驟的指導他們學(xué)習運用合適的學(xué)習策略，提高英語(yǔ)學(xué)習效率。
記單詞是學(xué)困生的最大困難，訓練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
�。�1）拼讀策略。多數學(xué)困生習慣用機械重復的方法記單詞，這種方法費時(shí)低效。英語(yǔ)單詞有90％是符合讀音規則的，根據讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
�。�2）分類(lèi)組織策略。根據單詞的音形方面的特征進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)記憶。如同音異義詞。
�。�3）詞綴策略。滲透英語(yǔ)單詞常見(jiàn)的前綴后綴。
希望通過(guò)以上措施能夠轉化學(xué)困生，提高他們的.學(xué)習成績(jì)。
除此之外，我競聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在�！�

大家早上好！
我叫揚楠，很榮幸擔任我咱們班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作，，一年級下期的時(shí)候就曾經(jīng)和孩子一起學(xué)習生活，再次和孩子們大家相聚，我感到又高興有驚喜高興的是又能和孩子在一起生活學(xué)習了，驚喜的是孩子們個(gè)子長(cháng)高了，思維敏捷了，學(xué)習興趣更濃了，掌握的詞匯更多了。孩子的進(jìn)步成長(cháng)是我們的共同心愿，讓我們共同努力，為孩子的進(jìn)步成長(cháng)加油。為了讓孩子更系統，更牢固的掌握知識，也為了讓孩子更好的學(xué)習英語(yǔ)，我把二年級下冊牛津英語(yǔ)課本分析如下：
本冊書(shū)的總體目標：
1。聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀53個(gè)單詞，33個(gè)句子，7組對話(huà)，
2。聽(tīng)懂會(huì )唱5首歌曲，
3。聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀3個(gè)趣味小故事并表演，
4。聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)nn—zz十三個(gè)字母的大小寫(xiě)。
全書(shū)共九個(gè)單元，八個(gè)話(huà)題，第九單元為復習單元，所以我將重點(diǎn)談?wù)勄鞍藗�(gè)單元，第一二單元為一個(gè)話(huà)題：animal，第三四單元為一個(gè)話(huà)題：my living spaces and area，地五六單元為一個(gè)話(huà)題：water，第七八單元為一個(gè)話(huà)題：summer。各單元都緊緊圍繞孩子們的生活設置，趣味性很強，孩子也很感興趣。
本學(xué)期依然遵循聽(tīng)說(shuō)領(lǐng)先，讀寫(xiě)跟進(jìn)的的教學(xué)原則，繼續激發(fā)孩子學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的興趣，增強他們的自信心與成就感，為以后的學(xué)習打下良好的基礎。
下面我重點(diǎn)從聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)四方面向大家介紹一下本期的教學(xué)方法：
聽(tīng)：課堂上我會(huì )堅持全英授課，盡量多使用學(xué)過(guò)的單詞和句子，在學(xué)習新知識的同時(shí)，鞏固復習舊知識，每一節課抽出三到五分鐘的時(shí)間聽(tīng)錄音，潛移默化地提高孩子的聽(tīng)力水平；在外教的口語(yǔ)課上，我盡量少翻譯，盡可能讓孩子充分的感知語(yǔ)言，這樣更能激發(fā)孩子們的學(xué)習興趣，增強他們學(xué)習的自信心與成就感。
說(shuō)：有句話(huà)是這樣說(shuō)的：“汽車(chē)是開(kāi)出來(lái)的，游泳是游出來(lái)的，英語(yǔ)是說(shuō)出來(lái)的，”本期我們依然會(huì )加強口語(yǔ)教學(xué)；在熟讀課文甚至背誦的基礎之上，利用課前五分鐘，要求孩子通過(guò)自由對話(huà)的形式說(shuō)出來(lái)；鼓勵孩子勇于創(chuàng )編，以小組為單位，通過(guò)小短劇的形式表演出來(lái)，進(jìn)一步提高英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達能力；此外，鼓勵孩子主動(dòng)與外教交流，提升孩子們學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的自信心與成就感。
讀：課堂上要求孩子能夠熟讀背誦課文內容，家長(cháng)也可以在家里鼓勵孩子背誦當天所學(xué)知識，及時(shí)了解孩子學(xué)習情況。
寫(xiě)：本冊書(shū)要求孩子能夠熟練的默寫(xiě)26個(gè)英文字母。按照要求寫(xiě)出大寫(xiě)和小寫(xiě)字母，另外我在課堂上還要求孩子規范的書(shū)寫(xiě)學(xué)過(guò)的單詞和句子。
通過(guò)我們的努力，能夠讓孩子在聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)四個(gè)方面得到綜合的提高，為今后的學(xué)習打下基礎。
