各位家長(cháng)：

　　晚上好!我是孩子們的英語(yǔ)老師周老師，很榮幸能通過(guò)本次家長(cháng)會(huì )與您一起交流我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，看著(zhù)在坐的家長(cháng)朋友，絕大部分家長(cháng)，我們還是第一次正式碰面，但是對于家長(cháng)們的簽名，我是再熟悉不過(guò)的了，我們每天的《家校聯(lián)系本》基本上都有過(guò)每個(gè)家長(cháng)的簽名，在此，真誠地向家長(cháng)朋友們說(shuō)聲謝謝，感謝您對我們這一門(mén)學(xué)科的支持與配合，借次機會(huì )我想和家長(cháng)朋友們交流以下幾方面的內容。

　　一、班級整體情況

　　在優(yōu)秀班主任xxx的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進(jìn)步較大)，上個(gè)學(xué)期期末我們英語(yǔ)學(xué)科是蘭溪市統一測試的，我們取得了優(yōu)異的成績(jì)，但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書(shū)，動(dòng)作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒(méi)有按時(shí)上交或干脆不交等現象，久而久之，他的各種表現就落后了，不管是考試成績(jì)，口語(yǔ)交流，還是書(shū)寫(xiě)。就不如其他學(xué)生。

　　二、英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)

　　本學(xué)期我們用的是PEP英語(yǔ)教材的升級版，它比原來(lái)的舊教版有了更高的要求，在學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)的基礎上，強調語(yǔ)言的運用，注重能力的培養，培養學(xué)生自主學(xué)習的能力和獨立運用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習實(shí)際，選擇話(huà)題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動(dòng)物、顏色、數字等。本學(xué)期還增加了機器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的學(xué)習本身趣味性比較強，成績(jì)好的同學(xué)會(huì )越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎沒(méi)打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習的過(guò)程是從易到難的。低段簡(jiǎn)單的`沒(méi)學(xué)會(huì )，到高段難的知識點(diǎn)學(xué)起來(lái)就感覺(jué)累了。英語(yǔ)課程每個(gè)單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有AB兩部分重點(diǎn)內容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對話(huà)教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內容。

　　三、如何在家監督孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習

　　1。關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)

　　每周有三節英語(yǔ)課，這三天里我都會(huì )布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫(xiě)單詞;若是對話(huà)課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫(xiě)重點(diǎn)句，對預習作業(yè)的要求是：聽(tīng)錄音，若預習單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫(xiě)單詞，我沒(méi)有規定抄寫(xiě)幾遍，目的是培養學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習的習慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對話(huà)課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語(yǔ)的意思，寫(xiě)在家校聯(lián)系本上。第二天由四人小組長(cháng)檢查，發(fā)現很多孩子是來(lái)學(xué)校補的，可見(jiàn)聽(tīng)力作業(yè)也不會(huì )完成。所以，從今天以后，家長(cháng)可以根據這幾個(gè)要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當然這之前也有做得很好的家長(cháng)，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習還天天在家校聯(lián)系本上簽名。雖然我沒(méi)有強制性要求學(xué)生每天讓家長(cháng)簽名，目的是杜絕孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聰明，自己簽個(gè)名，每天簽名的家長(cháng)我是記憶很深刻的，你的孩子也很優(yōu)秀，我也很感謝您對英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的支持和關(guān)注。

　　2。關(guān)注單元測試測試卷簽名。其實(shí)測試卷上家長(cháng)簽名，是一個(gè)外在的形式，我的目的是，讓家長(cháng)知道孩子一個(gè)階段的學(xué)習成果，看孩子的試卷，不光看分數的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會(huì )。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習的成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎勵，有，優(yōu)秀獎，進(jìn)步獎，鼓勵獎�？紤]到有的學(xué)生存在報喜不報憂(yōu)的情況，每次試卷下發(fā)后，我都會(huì )以短信的方式，通知給家長(cháng)。

　　四、幾點(diǎn)希望

　　1。家長(cháng)要轉變觀(guān)念，要把語(yǔ)文，數學(xué)，英語(yǔ)放在同等位置。經(jīng)�？梢月�(tīng)到家長(cháng)的議論，小學(xué)英語(yǔ)沒(méi)關(guān)系，初中會(huì )重學(xué)的，其實(shí)這是一種錯誤的觀(guān)念。初中七年級是有三個(gè)模塊式復習內容的，但后面的內容跨度還是很大的，明年的中考英語(yǔ)難度系數又增加了，取消了選擇題的題型，9月2日高考制度出臺，高三考試分為英語(yǔ)、語(yǔ)文、數學(xué)，各科總分是150分。所以養成良好的學(xué)習習慣要從小學(xué)開(kāi)始，孩子的學(xué)習必須家校合作，因為時(shí)代在進(jìn)步，再也不要和你那時(shí)自己的學(xué)習比較。希望家長(cháng)再家多費點(diǎn)心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習情況。

　　2。多關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習動(dòng)態(tài)，別過(guò)早的放棄孩子對英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習，要意識到小學(xué)的知識相對來(lái)說(shuō)是比較簡(jiǎn)單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學(xué)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

　　take. take. take.. The relationship between a mother and a child always seems to follow such a pattern. I know my mother is always there for me, providing me with everything I need; from food to clothing, from tuition to pocket money. I never thought twice about all she did until one day she said,

　　Like a child endlessly asking, we humans, throughout history, have been continually demanding what we desire from nature. We enjoy the comfort and beauty of our furniture, yet we never bother to think about the serious soil erosion caused by deforestation. We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth.As we tragically learned from last summer's floods. We cannot continue our carelessness.
