　　大家好!

　　我是初二(3)班的英語(yǔ)老師，首先歡迎各位家長(cháng)的到來(lái)。借此機會(huì )，我想應該給各位家長(cháng)談一下孩子們在這一個(gè)學(xué)期的情況。

　　開(kāi)學(xué)初，本班學(xué)生在中缺乏積極性，自覺(jué)性差，凡事都要不停地反復的督促。布置的任務(wù)不能及時(shí)的完成。而初二的英語(yǔ)教材相較三、四年級，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒(méi)有找好學(xué)習的切入點(diǎn)，所以我們在座有些家長(cháng)就反映孩子的英語(yǔ)成績(jì)較之前有所下降。一學(xué)期下來(lái)了，在強化課堂教學(xué)，抓好課堂效益上，我結合教材和學(xué)生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

　　1、初二英語(yǔ)在聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學(xué)生掌握知識，開(kāi)展活動(dòng)，讓他們在不知不覺(jué)中張口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢(qián)勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學(xué)，每節課的知識和作業(yè)都能當堂掌握和完成。

　　2、興趣是最好的老師。英語(yǔ)課中多是一些情景對話(huà)，我們常常設置一個(gè)情境，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入其中，以表演的形式學(xué)習新知，樂(lè )在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學(xué)，經(jīng)常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時(shí)，其他同學(xué)也加深了對課文的理解。

　　3、孩子們都是要強的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發(fā)地要求進(jìn)步。最近我們開(kāi)展一對一的擂臺賽。孩子們學(xué)習的積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學(xué)之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學(xué)之間，你追我趕，共同進(jìn)步。我們也進(jìn)行了一些簡(jiǎn)單的'測試，有很多同學(xué)較開(kāi)學(xué)初都有很大的進(jìn)步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國光，呂文豪等同學(xué)。我們班同學(xué)，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生不僅成績(jì)好，在英語(yǔ)表達能力上也有提高，學(xué)習有困難的學(xué)生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學(xué)習英語(yǔ)是為了以后能與人用英語(yǔ)交流，平時(shí)有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營(yíng)造一個(gè)開(kāi)心快樂(lè )的學(xué)習氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對學(xué)的輕松，扎實(shí)，有效。

Most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. However, I still can stick to my innermost dream, as I still can see the bright lights in our future. I believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.

　　初二是初中三年中最重要的一年，因為初二是學(xué)生成績(jì)兩極分化非常嚴重的一年，成績(jì)好的同學(xué)越好，而成績(jì)差的同學(xué)越差。有些同學(xué)想等到初三才認真學(xué)習，想提高成績(jì)，考入重點(diǎn)高中。但由于初二基礎較差而心想事不成。那么，如何使自己的成績(jì)一如既往并有所提高呢？這就需要我們同學(xué)養成良好的學(xué)習習慣。古今中外的大量事實(shí)證明：一個(gè)人成功與否，主要不是因為他的智力，而是取決于他是否具備良好的學(xué)習習慣，因此我們必須注重良好學(xué)習習慣的養成�？释�在學(xué)術(shù)上有所建樹(shù)，那么，就請你盡早養成良好的學(xué)習習慣。在學(xué)校的學(xué)習中，一個(gè)良好學(xué)習習慣主要包括：預習習慣、上課習慣、復習習慣、自我提問(wèn)的習慣、“不恥下問(wèn)”的習慣、利用工具書(shū)的習慣。

　　1、“凡事預則立，不預則廢”。預習是首要的環(huán)節。預習的目的在于對將要學(xué)習的知識有個(gè)總體的了解，以便上課時(shí)有目的的聽(tīng)講，集中精力解決好新課的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。所以，學(xué)習新課前必須預習。預習時(shí)要逐詞逐句閱讀相關(guān)學(xué)習內容，聯(lián)系以前所學(xué)過(guò)的相關(guān)知識，深刻理解本節課知識的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，畫(huà)出哪些地方不會(huì )，并及時(shí)做好記錄，為下一節上課做好充分的思想基礎。良好的預習習慣的養成，并不是一朝一夕的努力就行了，需要每天堅持預習。同時(shí)，在預習的時(shí)候應做到看、做、思相結合，做到眼到、手到、心到，不能把預習當作任務(wù)來(lái)完成，而要將它看作是學(xué)習新知識的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節來(lái)看待。
