一份好的英文自我介紹，會(huì )增加你在外企的求職成功機會(huì )，而且一份錯漏百出，前后矛盾的英文簡(jiǎn)歷，會(huì )讓你輕易丟失來(lái)自不易的求職機會(huì )，甚至詒笑大方，所以，英文自我介紹的寫(xiě)作至關(guān)重要。
既然是用英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)的自我介紹,又那么大了當然要來(lái)一點(diǎn)有水平的東西(不是中國式的，而是西方的，口語(yǔ)化的) 。
跟寫(xiě)中文介紹一樣，第一件事你必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個(gè)問(wèn)題。你現在是干什么的?你將來(lái)要干什么?你過(guò)去是干什么的?
這三個(gè)問(wèn)題不是按時(shí)間順序從過(guò)去到現在再到將來(lái)，而是從現在到將來(lái)再到過(guò)去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現在的你，他希望利用的是將來(lái)的你，而這將來(lái)又基于你的歷史和現狀。
所以，第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，你是干什么的?現在是干什么的?回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題，要點(diǎn)是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區別開(kāi)來(lái)，在共同點(diǎn)的基礎上更強調不同點(diǎn)，否則你絕無(wú)可能在眾多的應征求職者中奪魁。 對于這第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。
隨后，著(zhù)手回答第二個(gè)問(wèn)題：你將來(lái)要干什么?如果你申請的是一份舉足輕重的工作，雇主肯定很關(guān)注你對未來(lái)的.自我設計。你的回答要具體，合理，并符合你現在的身份，要有一個(gè)更別致的風(fēng)格。
然后，再著(zhù)手回答最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題：你過(guò)去是干什么的?你的過(guò)去當然都在履歷上已有反映。你在面試中再度回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題時(shí)，不可忽略之處是：不要抖落一個(gè)與你的將來(lái)毫不相干的過(guò)去。如果你中途徹底改行，更要在描述你的執著(zhù)、職業(yè)目標的一貫性上下些功夫。要做到這一點(diǎn)，又要忠實(shí)于事實(shí)和本人，最簡(jiǎn)單的方法是：找到過(guò)去與將來(lái)的聯(lián)系點(diǎn)，收集過(guò)去的資料，再按目標主次排列。
用這樣的方法，以現在為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，以將來(lái)為目標，以過(guò)去為證實(shí)，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其實(shí)，在面試的時(shí)候不一定有機會(huì )或者有必要照搬你的大作，但這三個(gè)問(wèn)題的內在聯(lián)系點(diǎn)一定會(huì )體現在自我表述的整體感覺(jué)中，使你的形象栩栩如生。
