How to get the right level of formality, sound professional, but friendly too?
Never fear, though!
時(shí)候,你可以試著(zhù)使用"can, could, would, may"。
2. 不論你在請求或者接受信息、幫助的時(shí)候,都別忘了使用"please, thank you, thanks very much"。
Hi, how’ve you been?或者Nice to hear from you.
I’m just calling to …
I’m just calling to see if you would like to set up a meeting.
So what can I do for you?
Strategy 3
I would like to say something here, if I may.
Allow me to make a point.
May I interrupt you for a second?
Strategy 4
Please let me confirm...
So, let me make sure I’ve got things straight...
Good luck on that interview 或 Hope you feel better soon。
I’ll see you on Friday, then.
Well John, it’s been a pleasure talking to you.
The start of the call:
Hello.You've reached the accounts department.
