1 寫(xiě)好開(kāi)頭
首先應該表明你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱(chēng)，如：(1) Inanswer to your advertisementin(媒體名稱(chēng)，括號里只要按照實(shí)際情況填寫(xiě)，下同)for(職位名稱(chēng))，I wish to tender my services.(2) With reference to your advertisementin(媒體名稱(chēng))for(職位名稱(chēng))，I respect fully offer myself for the post.
2 自我介紹
通常在這段里介紹你的工作經(jīng)驗，特別需要注意的是，和所應聘工作無(wú)關(guān)的經(jīng)歷就不要贅述了，如：(1)I have been serving forover(數字)year sin(以前供職單位)。(2)I have had(數字)years‘experience with(以前供職單位)asa(以前職務(wù))。
3 說(shuō)明原因
這里包含兩個(gè)方面的原因，一是離開(kāi)現職的原因，二是申請新職位的原因，如：(1) My reason for leaving my present employer is that I wish to get in to the(申請職位的性質(zhì)，如：advertising)business.(2)I left the office on account of the discontinu an ceof the business.
4 證明能力
這部分非重重要，因為這體現你究竟能為公司做些什么，直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率，但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達最多的意思。還是那句話(huà)，和所應聘職位無(wú)關(guān)的能力(包括證書(shū)、資格等)，也應該堅決予以剔除，如：
(1) I have receive daspecial English education(你的專(zhuān)業(yè))，and have a fair command of Japanese(你的副業(yè))。In addition，I know alittle French.(2)During my education，I have grasped the principal so my major and skill sof practice.Not on l have passedTEM-8(你所通過(guò)的水平測試或其它職業(yè)技能考核)，but more important I cancommunicate with others freely in English(你個(gè)人的能力，尤其是強項)。My ability towrite and speak English is out of question.
5 關(guān)于薪水
這是個(gè)比較敏感的問(wèn)題，如果一定要在信中提及的話(huà)，也是可以應付的，如：(1)I am willing to serveontrial(試用for some month sata low salary.(2) I should requirea salary of 2，000RMB amonth to begin with.
6 當心結尾
成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的，往往會(huì )在此提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的事情。因此，結尾一樣要引起重視，如：(1)I should be glad to have a personal interview and canfurnish reference sifdesired.(2) I should appreciate the privilege of aninter views. I may be reached by letter at the address given below(如這樣使用的話(huà)，就要在后面附上你的聯(lián)系地址)，o rby telephone at 88888888(你的電話(huà)號碼)。
7 注意附件
這個(gè)部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細的簡(jiǎn)歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時(shí)，需要注明，如：(1)Enclose dplease findaresume，a photo and an auto biography.(2) A copy of my transcriptisen closed.
另外還有一些內容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般采用A4幅面的紙張，正文用打印機打印出來(lái)，信末必須親筆簽名。打印字體不宜過(guò)大，這樣會(huì )增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字體不要采用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒(méi)有特殊情況，盡量少用彩色�？傊�(jiǎn)潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過(guò)于花哨。
