有時(shí)候我們會(huì )遇到這樣幸福的煩惱——我們的收件箱、ATS系統會(huì )被雪片般的簡(jiǎn)歷塞爆,因為有太多主動(dòng)求職者?墒沁@又怪誰(shuí)呢?為了獲取更多的候選人,我們將工作描述寫(xiě)得非常寬泛或者搜索條件設置得太通用,以至于獲取到的簡(jiǎn)歷大部分是毫無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)或毫無(wú)價(jià)值的。
寫(xiě)一篇表述清晰的工作描述或設置精心構建的關(guān)鍵詞,是招聘官的必備技能。人人都可以用搜索引擎,但并不是所有人都能讓搜索引擎助他的.招聘一臂之力。
2、簡(jiǎn)歷的8秒鐘原則
人才簡(jiǎn)歷通常都是靜態(tài)的文字展示的,描述著(zhù)一個(gè)人的經(jīng)驗和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識。相對專(zhuān)業(yè)的會(huì )寫(xiě)上數據和案例,更多是用比較寬泛的筆觸——它并沒(méi)有告訴你全部的故事。據說(shuō)招聘官們平均在一份簡(jiǎn)歷上花費8秒鐘的時(shí)間,如果他們認為簡(jiǎn)歷合適,就馬上操起電話(huà),或者發(fā)起E-mail來(lái),爭分奪秒——天知道這份簡(jiǎn)歷是不是真的合適?!
如果你覺(jué)得在閱讀簡(jiǎn)歷上浪費了太多時(shí)間,其實(shí)你可以換個(gè)思路想一下,這也是一種評估。在篩選簡(jiǎn)歷上多花點(diǎn)時(shí)間,會(huì )避免你進(jìn)行不必要的面試,節約更多的時(shí)間。
3、伴隨經(jīng)驗而來(lái)的偏見(jiàn)
我們都知道,不能僅僅憑借封面就判斷一本書(shū)的好壞。但是我們常常會(huì )憑借簡(jiǎn)歷就判斷一個(gè)候選人的優(yōu)劣。比方說(shuō)候選人最近換工作比較勤,看完之后,憑借經(jīng)驗,你可能會(huì )覺(jué)得他的穩定性不夠強,但是會(huì )不會(huì )是因為他沒(méi)有得到合適的機會(huì ),或者是工作地點(diǎn)離家太遠,又或者是比較反感臨時(shí)工的角色。如果你希望篩選到合適的候選人,可能需要盡量避免預設立場(chǎng)。如果心存疑慮,有必要重新審視你的簡(jiǎn)歷,并嘗試確認或消除你的疑慮。
