英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式結構括頁(yè)眉部分、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷和個(gè)人資料四部分。在后文中也會(huì )提到寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷的七大技巧+注意事項+通用語(yǔ)句
1)名字，名字有7種寫(xiě)法： 例如“李揚”：1) Yang LI 2) YANG LI 3) Yang Li 4) Yang Li 5) Li,Yang 6) Li Yang 7) LI Yang 我們認為這7種都有可接受，比如說(shuō)第四種-Yang Li，很方便招聘人員，尤其是人事部經(jīng)理為中國人;但標準的、外資公司流行的簡(jiǎn)歷中的名字寫(xiě)法，則是第二種，YANG LI. 有人用粵語(yǔ)拼寫(xiě)自己的姓氏。比如，王寫(xiě)成Wong，李寫(xiě)成Lee.這只是香港人的拼法，并不是國際的拼法。另外，有一小部分人用外國人的姓，如Mary Smith，這是非常不可取的。因為如果你用外國人的姓，別人會(huì )認為你是外國人，或者你父親是外國人，或者你嫁給了外國人。 雙字名，也有四種寫(xiě)法，例：1)Xiao-feng 2)Xiao-Feng 3)Xiaofeng 4)Xiao Feng，列出四種來(lái)，我們建議用第三種，Xiaofeng，最簡(jiǎn)單方便。大家一看就知是名而不是姓，要不然，大家有可能會(huì )誤認為你是姓肖的。 2)地址 北京以后要寫(xiě)中國，但不必用PRC等，因為用China簡(jiǎn)單清楚。郵編的標準寫(xiě)法是放在省市名與國名之間，起碼放在China之前，因為是中國境內的郵編。 3)電話(huà) Ⅰ前面一定加地區號，如(86-10)。因為你是在向外國公司求職，你的簡(jiǎn)歷很可能被傳真到倫敦、紐約，大家不知道你的'地區號，也沒(méi)有時(shí)間去查。另外，國外很流行“user friendly”，即想盡辦法給對方創(chuàng )造便利，尤其是在找工作時(shí)，更要加深這一意識。 Ⅱ8個(gè)號碼之間加一個(gè)“-”，如6505-2266.這樣，認讀撥打起來(lái)比較容易，否則，第一次打可能會(huì )看錯位。 Ⅲ區號后的括號和號碼間加空格，如(86-10) 6505-2266.這是英文寫(xiě)作的規定格式。 Ⅳ寫(xiě)手機或者向別人通報手機時(shí)，也有一定的規范，要用“4-3-4原則”，如“1380-135-1234" Ⅴ傳真號千萬(wàn)不要留辦公室的，免得辦公室的同事都知道你想跳槽。如果家里有傳真號，最好告訴對方，萬(wàn)一他找不到你，可以發(fā)幾個(gè)字，比較快;將來(lái)對方發(fā)聘書(shū)或材料時(shí)，比較方便 Ⅵ國外很流行留言電話(huà)，有人為找工作，專(zhuān)門(mén)去買(mǎi)留言電話(huà)。
