簡(jiǎn)歷不等于虛假廣告
簡(jiǎn)歷,當然就是個(gè)人的簡(jiǎn)要經(jīng)歷,其目的是將自己的成績(jì)和能力簡(jiǎn)明扼要地敘述給對方,所以,簡(jiǎn)歷不需要過(guò)度推銷(xiāo)。HR們身經(jīng)百戰,通?匆环莺(jiǎn)歷的前三五秒就可以確定你是不是可以進(jìn)入面試。因此,真正好的簡(jiǎn)歷,是一份真實(shí)而且充實(shí)的簡(jiǎn)歷,是可以看得到你真實(shí)水平的簡(jiǎn)歷,而不是像虛假廣告那樣,大而不當。
簡(jiǎn)歷的'第一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞就是“簡(jiǎn)”。應屆生的簡(jiǎn)歷往往很復雜,先來(lái)張封面,接著(zhù)是求職信,兩三頁(yè)的中文簡(jiǎn)歷,兩三頁(yè)的英文簡(jiǎn)歷,往往還會(huì )附加什么應屆生就業(yè)推薦表、各種證書(shū)復印件如計算機證書(shū)、中高級口譯、托福……厚厚一疊,像讓招聘者拿到手里就覺(jué)得頭大。
HR并不喜歡修飾花俏、長(cháng)篇累牘的簡(jiǎn)歷,看起來(lái)麻煩,拿在手上還嫌沉,不如直接扔掉。所以一個(gè)比較合適的簡(jiǎn)歷一般只需要1-2張紙就行:一張中文簡(jiǎn)歷、一張英文簡(jiǎn)歷。求職信的話(huà),放在最前或最后都可以,像證書(shū)、推薦表一類(lèi)的根本不用附在后邊,面試時(shí)HR要求你帶你再帶過(guò)去就可以了。
“簡(jiǎn)”也絕不是什么都簡(jiǎn)單,而是要有針對性。應聘什么樣職位就列出自己這個(gè)方面的專(zhuān)長(cháng),學(xué)了什么,能做好什么,有什么實(shí)踐成果和創(chuàng )意設想,并能用真實(shí)有效的案例材料作為支持,就已經(jīng)足夠。重要是讓你的簡(jiǎn)歷有說(shuō)服力,俗語(yǔ)說(shuō)“酒香不怕巷子深”,在這個(gè)人人都熱衷于推銷(xiāo)自己的時(shí)代里,簡(jiǎn)單充實(shí)而不花哨的簡(jiǎn)歷反而會(huì )讓招聘者一看你的簡(jiǎn)歷,就認為你“就是單位急需的人才”,真的沒(méi)有必要過(guò)分在封面設計和內容的排列組合上下無(wú)用的功夫。這種真材實(shí)料的推銷(xiāo) 才能最后贏(yíng)得你想要的一切。
簡(jiǎn)歷的第二個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞就是“歷”。顧名思義,就是你自己的真實(shí)經(jīng)歷。
真實(shí)性是第一位的,千萬(wàn)不要捏造。許多應屆生大概在校期間也沒(méi)有認真做過(guò)什么事情,臨到寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷忽然發(fā)現自己什么可以給別人看的內容都沒(méi)有,為了讓自己看上去比較有競爭力,簡(jiǎn)歷造假竟然成了主流:明明不是優(yōu)秀干部,卻寫(xiě)上自己是;沒(méi)有去過(guò)某家公司實(shí)習,非要寫(xiě)上去;或者只在公司待了幾天卻寫(xiě)成待過(guò)幾個(gè)月;還有捏造自己的外語(yǔ)或者計算機水平的。
普通消費者在使用商品之前是很難清楚廣告的真實(shí)性的,但是你簡(jiǎn)歷上的經(jīng)歷卻可以迅速得到驗證。在面試時(shí),面試官會(huì )針對你的簡(jiǎn)歷的任何一個(gè)方面進(jìn)行提問(wèn),比如你的實(shí)習經(jīng)歷,一般都會(huì )問(wèn)到你在實(shí)習期間的具體工作,如果你是捏造的,你怎么來(lái)回答你沒(méi)有做過(guò)的事情?再比如你的語(yǔ)言能力,如果僅僅是“知道”就不要寫(xiě)“精通”,尤其是在外企面試,不排除你的面試官也會(huì )你所列的外語(yǔ),如果他突然用外語(yǔ)提問(wèn),你又怎么能hold住呢?
