國內GRE考試真題回憶

　　"A nationwide survey reveals that the two most-desired home features are a large family room and a large, well-appointed kitchen. A number of homes in our area built by our competitor Domus Construction have such features and have sold much faster and at significantly higher prices than the national average. To boost sales and profits, we should increase the size of the family rooms and kitchens in all the homes we build and should make state-of-the-art kitchens a standard feature. Moreover, our larger family rooms and kitchens can come at the expense of the dining room, since many of our recent buyers say they do not need a separate dining room for family meals."

　　有一道題有關(guān)bioengineeing 的，我理解的是在講說(shuō)科學(xué)家援引某報紙，來(lái)指出bioengineering不能解決environmental problems， 只是___政治目的的，而環(huán)境問(wèn)題不可能僅僅依靠bioengineering就能解決。

　　閱讀感覺(jué)沒(méi)碰到什么機經(jīng)的原題，不知道是不是我沒(méi)看到，還是沒(méi)注意到。

　　有一篇是講什么 predominant parties(主要的兩個(gè)競爭黨派) 的研究的，老觀(guān)點(diǎn)是說(shuō)只是注意對主要政黨的研究和夸獎，新觀(guān)點(diǎn)是應該加入其他非主要政黨對政治發(fā)展的.作用，例如有第三黨派會(huì )注意到一些主要黨派注意不到的問(wèn)題什么的，另外還有人提出應注意到一些各種社會(huì )政治活動(dòng)例如女權主義活動(dòng)等對政治的影響。題目問(wèn)道作者最不同意以下哪個(gè)觀(guān)點(diǎn)，還有作者認為對老觀(guān)點(diǎn)的研究怎么樣?

　　邏輯題有一道是說(shuō)農民通常會(huì )把某種害蟲(chóng)的數量控制在很低范圍內，但是偶爾這些害蟲(chóng)也還是會(huì )突然大量爆發(fā)，研究人員認為這是由于冬天經(jīng)過(guò)了一段unusually low temperature，使得害蟲(chóng)的predator死掉了，這樣到了夏天就沒(méi)有捕食者來(lái)吃這種害蟲(chóng)，它們的數量就爆發(fā)了。題目問(wèn)那個(gè)能夠增強這個(gè)觀(guān)點(diǎn)。我只記得選項有一個(gè)是如果給這些昆蟲(chóng)和他們的predator都施加對他們都有效的農藥，一段時(shí)間之后洗去農藥之后，害蟲(chóng)的數量會(huì )大量爆發(fā)。 另外好像有一個(gè)選項是predator能夠活過(guò)漫長(cháng)的很冷的冬天。

　　實(shí)在是記不太清了，囧。。。。

　　感覺(jué)第一個(gè)section的填空好簡(jiǎn)單，第二個(gè)的好難，有些詞不認識。不過(guò)閱讀就沒(méi)什么太大感覺(jué)了
