　　問(wèn)題： Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it. 你能在兩分鐘內自我推薦嗎?大膽試試吧!

　　面試者： With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills. 依我的資格和經(jīng)驗,我覺(jué)得我對所從事的每一個(gè)項目都很努力、負責、勤勉。我的分析能力和與人相處的技巧,對貴單位必有價(jià)值。

　　問(wèn)題： Give me a summary of your current job description. 對你目前的工作,能否做個(gè)概括的說(shuō)明。

　　面試者： I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific, I do system analysis, trouble shooting and provide software support. 我干了五年的電腦程序員。具體地說(shuō),我做系統分析,解決問(wèn)題以及軟件供應方面的支持。

　　面試者： Money is important, but the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most. 薪水固然重要,但這工作伴隨而來(lái)的責任更吸引我。

　　面試者： (假如你有家眷,可以說(shuō):) To be frank and open with you, I like this job, but I have a family to support. 坦白地說(shuō),我喜歡這份工作,不過(guò)我必須要負擔我的家庭。

　　注意事項：

　　第一、注意語(yǔ)言的準確性

　　即語(yǔ)法和用詞的準確性、詞匯的豐富性、句式的靈活性、語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調的準確性、斷句的自然性等。

　　第二、注意在自我介紹里對自己進(jìn)行亮點(diǎn)包裝

　　找到自己獨特的賣(mài)點(diǎn)，不露痕跡地推銷(xiāo)自己。比如，你可以羅列你在大學(xué)期間所看的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)典著(zhù)作、參加過(guò)的業(yè)內重要會(huì )議及收獲、跟本科導師所做過(guò)的項目等。

　　第三、注意語(yǔ)言的得體性

　　即言談是否得體，是否符合語(yǔ)境，實(shí)現了語(yǔ)言的交際功能�？脊偃绻麊�(wèn)生活化的問(wèn)題，回答的時(shí)候你就選擇口語(yǔ)化的表達;

　　若問(wèn)學(xué)術(shù)性的問(wèn)題或者比較嚴肅的社會(huì )熱點(diǎn)話(huà)題，你就要回答得稍微正式一些。

　　第四、注意內容的連貫性和語(yǔ)言的銜接性

　　連貫性和銜接性體現了你思維邏輯的'縝密性，會(huì )讓考官覺(jué)得你具有研究生的潛質(zhì)。要養成圍繞一個(gè)統一的話(huà)題而分點(diǎn)展開(kāi)論證的論述習慣。

　　在考前也可以準備一些轉承起合的連詞，如to begin with , what's more , finally , however , although , to summarize 等。

　　第五、鎮定、自信，面對變化不要慌張

　　有的老師提問(wèn)時(shí)喜歡在你對上個(gè)問(wèn)題的回答中搜尋下一個(gè)問(wèn)題的影子，其目的在于考察考生是否具備研究人員應該具備的應變能力。

　　第六、注意回答的個(gè)性化

　　不要人云亦云，要另辟蹊徑。具有創(chuàng )新精神是一名優(yōu)秀的研究人員所必備的素質(zhì)，所以你在回答考官的問(wèn)題時(shí)盡量想些有新意、有創(chuàng )意的答案。練習如何從研究生的角度綜合分析問(wèn)題，對問(wèn)題進(jìn)行整合與深度加工，答出廣度與深度。

　　另外，如果你感覺(jué)自己理解得不是很透徹、很到位，或者你實(shí)在想不出什么有特色的答案，你可以提出你對該問(wèn)題的質(zhì)疑或者提出自己對相關(guān)話(huà)題的擔憂(yōu)，然后誠懇地跟老師探討，不必擔心會(huì )因此頂撞老師，學(xué)術(shù)上本就應該百家爭鳴，百花齊放，在討論中，導師會(huì )從中看出你的獨到性、邏輯性和思維的敏銳性。

　　第七、注意細節

　　如果沒(méi)有聽(tīng)懂考官的問(wèn)題，你不必抓耳撓腮，而一定要淡定--Would you please say that again more slowly ? I didn't catch you . 如果你在進(jìn)考場(chǎng)之前門(mén)是關(guān)著(zhù)的，你要先敲門(mén)再進(jìn)去;給考官遞交材料時(shí)要雙手奉上;要將手機調為靜音模式等。

　　第八、注意自己的言談舉止

　　要落落大方、不卑不亢、溫文爾雅;著(zhù)裝得體，不要太社會(huì )化，奇裝異服等，要牢記自己的學(xué)生身份。

　　第九、注意知己知彼百戰百勝

　　在英語(yǔ)面試前可對考官進(jìn)行一番調查，了解考官的出題風(fēng)格(喜歡考專(zhuān)業(yè)知識、熱點(diǎn)話(huà)題還是�？荚�(huà)題)、語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格(是英音還是美音)、喜好(如喜歡什么樣的學(xué)生--穩重型、活潑型、創(chuàng )意型還是學(xué)術(shù)型)等。
