　　1.What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?)

　　這是展示自我的最佳機會(huì )，但不能盲目吹噓，過(guò)于自負，又得讓導師知道你的有點(diǎn)，該如何作答呢?

　　參考：“我認為我最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠執著(zhù)地盡力把事情辦好。當做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預想時(shí)，我會(huì )有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標。比如說(shuō)，我要成為出色的畢業(yè)生。盡管在大學(xué)一年級時(shí)我啟動(dòng)慢了些，但最終我以?xún)?yōu)等論文完成了學(xué)業(yè)。”

　　I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve set some high goals for myself. For example， I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year， I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.

　　每個(gè)人都會(huì )有弱點(diǎn)，這是不能回避的現實(shí)問(wèn)題，最佳策略是承認你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計劃�？赡艿脑�(huà)，你可說(shuō)出一項可能會(huì )給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如可說(shuō):“我是一個(gè)完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會(huì )撒手的。”

　　I’m such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done.

　　3. How do you feel about your progress to date?“(對于你至今所取得的進(jìn)步你是怎樣看的?)

　　絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內疚。參考：“我認為我在學(xué)校表現不錯。事實(shí)上，有好幾門(mén)功課我的成績(jì)居全班第一。在某公司實(shí)習時(shí)，我獲得了該公司數年來(lái)給予其雇員的好幾項最高評價(jià)。”

　　I think I did well in school. In fact， in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. As an intern for the X Company， I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.
