平板式汽車(chē)制動(dòng)智能檢測系統的開(kāi)發(fā)2
摘 要
汽車(chē)行使安全問(wèn)題是日益引起國家、社會(huì )關(guān)注的重大社會(huì )經(jīng)濟問(wèn)題之1。我國的汽車(chē)保有量正在急劇上升,今后若干年中汽車(chē)行駛安全問(wèn)題將會(huì )更加尖銳。而汽車(chē)制動(dòng)系統故障又是引發(fā)行車(chē)事故的主要原因。隨著(zhù)汽車(chē)數量的增多和好行駛速度的提高,汽車(chē)制動(dòng)性對保障交通安全尤為重要。為減少道路交通事故,我國有關(guān)法規明確規定對在用汽車(chē)必須經(jīng)過(guò)定期檢測合格后才允許上路行駛,在汽車(chē)定期檢測中,制動(dòng)性能被作為判定車(chē)輛安全技術(shù)狀況的主要因素。
因此,利用現代檢測技術(shù)和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)產(chǎn)品,盡快研制出具有現代先進(jìn)水平的汽車(chē)制動(dòng)性能檢測系統對保障交通安全、保護人民生命財產(chǎn)安全具有重要的意義。
本文介紹了我們設計的基于PC機和單片機技術(shù)的汽車(chē)制動(dòng)性能檢測系統設計。我們系統地研究了汽車(chē)制動(dòng)系統的設計理論、設計方法,依據汽車(chē)制動(dòng)性能檢測相關(guān)法規,研究并開(kāi)發(fā)出平板式汽車(chē)制動(dòng)智能檢測系統。該系統采用分布式管理方式,主控機采用PC機,數據采集系統采用AT89C51為中央處理器的單片機系統,主控機與數據采集系統之間通信聯(lián)系采用RS-232串行口進(jìn)行通信。
文中詳細討論了采用這些技術(shù)設計的汽車(chē)制動(dòng)性能檢測系統的設計方法。包括檢測系統的總體設備配置、硬件布局、工位分配、接口驅動(dòng)等硬件設計方法;通訊系統設計、控制軟件結構、人機界面等軟件設計。系統軟件共分PC機與單片機兩大塊,其中:?jiǎn)纹瑱C部分軟件采用MCS-51匯編語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě),PC部分采用Microsoft公司的 Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0應用程序開(kāi)發(fā)工具設計的。針對檢測數據的實(shí)時(shí)存儲要求,文中也討論了數據庫的設計以及檢測軟件與數據庫的接口設計。

Abstract
Safety of automobile driving is an increasingly serious economic problem that society puts emphasis on. The present quantity of automobile in our country is increasing rapidly, which makes safety of automobile driving an even more urgent problem. According to statistic, among the traffic accidents caused by automobile breakdown, braking breakdown causes most. Automobile braking performance has become more important while the present quantity and the speed of automobile are increasing. In order to reduce traffic accidents, some rules of law have definitely stated that automobiles must get regular test before their driving. And during the regular test automotive braking performance is one of the key factors that determine automobile safety technical condition.
Therefore, it is of great importance to design and research advanced automobile brake performance test system by the application of technical of the research of modern test system and advanced product.
This article introduces us to an test system design on automobile brake performance inspection based on PC and SCM (Single Chip Micyoco)technology. Systematical study about the theory and methods of design automobile’s brake system. According to the correlative statute of the automobile’s brake performance tests, we developed a type of system software for the intelligent tabulate automobile’s brake intellective test system. The system adopts distributive management, PC is used as the master-control, and data collection system adopts AT89C51 as the CPU of the SCM. Using RS-232 to implement the communication between master-control and data collection system.
Including hardware design methods such as the equipment of the whole test system, the layout of hardware, sections allocation, signal amplifier. Software design methods such as communication system, control software architecture, the interface between people and machines, etc. In the system, the part of SCM is compiled with the language of MCS-51, and the software for master-control is compiled with the application tool, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 of Microsoft Company. According to the real-time save requirement of data, the design of database and the interface design of the database and the inspection software are also discussed.
