　　【論文摘要】 我國刑事訴訟中超期羈押現象長(cháng)期以來(lái)一直未能得到有效遏制,已經(jīng)出臺了的有關(guān)糾防超期羈押的制度也未得到真正落實(shí).為此,本文在闡述了超期羈押的概念,危害性及其長(cháng)期存在的原因的基礎上,著(zhù)重提出了一些解決超期羈押的對策:轉變執法觀(guān)念,提高執法人員素質(zhì);填補現行法律漏洞,完善羈押立法規定;完善對超期羈押的監督機制和救濟程序;建立羈押的替代措施
