Sub-Application for the post of labor relation specialistDear Mr. Jimmy,
I am writing this letter with reference to your advertisement no 45/TPO published in the employment news dated 06th September 2012.I am interested in applying for the post of labor relation specialist in your establishment. I have five years of experience as a labor relation specialist in Amex group of Industries. I have got the required skills to negotiate with the labor and the management. I know this job requires a lot of flexibility, a good communication skill to maintain a cordial work environment throughout the year. I am very hard working and I think I am the best contender for the position.
I am capable of maintaining good relation with the management, union and the labor. I think a proper communication between the three is very necessary and I am the person who can help maintain these. I would like to meet you personally to explain how I can be an asset to your company.
