　　通知(通告)(Notice)

　　通知(通告)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫(xiě)上Notice字樣作為標題;無(wú)稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，通知中用第三人稱(chēng);出通知單位或負責人名字應寫(xiě)在正文最后的右下方，或放在標題之上，作為標題的'一部分，這樣最后不再署名;出通知的日期寫(xiě)在正文右下方，應在單位名的下一行。如：
