考研英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作邀請信范文
距離最后的考試只有近兩個(gè)月的時(shí)間，最后的沖刺序幕正式拉開(kāi)。英語(yǔ)復習到這個(gè)階段，最重要的就是作文。要想在最后的考試成績(jì)中脫穎而出，現階段就必須要把精力放在分值占在30分的寫(xiě)作上。
考研英語(yǔ)中大作文的要求是內容切題、表達清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語(yǔ)言規范。小作文考察點(diǎn)在信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋、語(yǔ)言的準確性、文章組織的連貫性上。
其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢(xún)問(wèn)信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請信、辭職信等等二十多種應用文。每個(gè)類(lèi)別都有相對固定的語(yǔ)言模式，都有固定詞語(yǔ)要求。
邀請信是為了增進(jìn)友誼，發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)，邀請客人參加慶典、會(huì )議及各種活動(dòng)的信函。邀請信分為兩種：一種屬于個(gè)人信函，例如邀請某人共進(jìn)晚餐、參加宴會(huì )、觀(guān)看電影、出席典禮等。另一種屬于事物信函，一般是邀請參加會(huì )議、學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)等等。
格式：1、稱(chēng)謂；2、開(kāi)頭：向被邀請人簡(jiǎn)單問(wèn)候；3、交代時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和活動(dòng)內容、邀請原因等；4、參加活動(dòng)的細節安排；5、聯(lián)系人、電話(huà)、地址、落款、日期。
寫(xiě)作"三步走"
邀請對方參加的活動(dòng)的內容、時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)→與該活動(dòng)有關(guān)的注意事項→期待對方接受邀請，并可表示感謝。
注意：
語(yǔ)言上寫(xiě)給朋友，可選用活潑、真誠的言辭；寫(xiě)給長(cháng)輩、上級、名人等，語(yǔ)言則應正式、禮貌。
范文解析：
Directions: The Dean of the English Department knows that Prof. Robin is a famous scholar in British literature. As his assistant, you are asked to write a formal letter to Prof. Robin, inviting him for a short-term visit and to give a lecture.
Write the letter with no less than 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Wang Hua (Dean of the English Department)” instead. Do not write the address.
Dear Prof. Robin,
I am writing on behalf of the English Department to invite you to give a lecture in our college.
We know that you are an expert on British literature. We would be very grateful if you could give a lecture on “Contemporary British Literature” to the English Department on Sunday, April 8. If this subject does not suit you, any other similar topic would be welcome as well.
If it is convenient for you, would you please drop me a line to let me know whether you can come or not? We could be looking forward to the opportunity to benefit from your experience and wisdom.
