　　● you are the exclusive expert of tooling to serve ww logitech r&d mechanical engineering team. you will drive logitech tooling capability reaching a world wide class level through new tooling technology exploration, integration the best practices of tooling industrial, and finally introduction the best practices to our new portfolio, which supports our electronic consumer product design and production successfully. your key partners around your daily job are id/cmf designers, cmf engineers, global source manager, supplier development expert, manufacturing engineering team,vendors as son on, it’s great opportunity to demonstrate your excellent interpersonal communication in ww organization

　　responsible:

　　● to conceive, explore and execute new tooling technology development as per product roadmap and portfolio;

　　● to play as consultancy role in techno exploration and product design on tooling design and processing related

　　● to consolidate and manage tooling design and processing guideline to feed in mechanical design and development

　　● to drive tooling quality continuous improvement related to design and processing

　　● to direct and oversight of suppliers’ tooling design, fabrication process, qualification during new product development

　　● to build relationship with manufacturing teams to together raise logitech tooling quality bar to upper level

　　education:

　　● bs / ms in mechanical or manufacturing

　　required experience

　　● minimum above 5 years of experience of tooling design or fabrication management job

　　● detail experience to play a techno leader role in the related industries which was often communicating with an international organization.

　　● had detailed knowledge on tooling design and fabrication, and expertise to guide suppliers on tooling design and fabrication process through setting criterion and guideline in complex me/cmf design requirement

　　● plus: experience in plastic or metal fabrication process.

　　qualification:

　　● self-motivated, proactive, process and detail oriented, organized, hands-on, results driven

　　● risk assessment and management

　　● problem solving skills with dfm and doe

　　● data analysis in minitab or jmp, and statistical analysis using 6 sigma principle
