二、簡(jiǎn)歷與招聘崗位要求明顯不符

三、簡(jiǎn)歷內容簡(jiǎn)單,凸現不了招聘崗位需要的內容
有的簡(jiǎn)歷只是程序化地列出接受教育、參加工作的時(shí)間段,對涉及到的實(shí)質(zhì)內容則輕描淡寫(xiě),讓人無(wú)法了解其干過(guò)哪些工作,具備什么樣的知識、經(jīng)驗、技能,這樣的簡(jiǎn)歷呈現出來(lái)的信息很有限,不會(huì )引起招聘人員的注意。除非,應聘的人員實(shí)在少,招聘人員會(huì )耐著(zhù)性子,打電話(huà)具體詢(xún)問(wèn)一些情況或要求其詳細填寫(xiě)應聘表,但是對于急于得到工作的求職者,還是自己主動(dòng)充實(shí)簡(jiǎn)歷為好,畢竟守株待兔的好事概率太低。
