“如何作自我介招?”這個(gè)問(wèn)題看上去似乎很簡(jiǎn)單，人人都會(huì )。其實(shí)并不然，有很多人說(shuō)的并不是很理想的。主要的現象有幾下幾點(diǎn)：
1、 不知從何說(shuō)起。有很多同學(xué)當聽(tīng)到老師問(wèn)：“Can you make a self-introduction?”時(shí)，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著(zhù)：“老師說(shuō)什么呀?”這一類(lèi)算是“無(wú)準備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類(lèi)口語(yǔ)考試，職場(chǎng)面試不可或缺的一部分，同時(shí)也是非常重要的一部分。在面試時(shí)，我們經(jīng)常會(huì )被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認識自已，所以恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。
2、缺乏邏輯性。還有一些同學(xué)在作自我介紹時(shí)，要么只說(shuō)兩句話(huà)名字，年齡;要么夸夸其談但缺乏邏輯性。別看簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的一個(gè)自我介紹有時(shí)也能反映出一個(gè)人的邏輯思維和做事態(tài)度。
3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的開(kāi)場(chǎng)除了可以營(yíng)造出活潑和睦的氣氛外，還能給對方留下深刻的第一印象，即使對象是以建立了朋友關(guān)系或同事關(guān)系的外國人，在酒會(huì )或聚餐等各式場(chǎng)合，同樣可以用詼諧的方式來(lái)表現自我，使你和他們之間的關(guān)系達到更圓滿(mǎn)的程度。
面試自我介紹應大體包括本人的姓名、工作、籍貫、學(xué)歷、興趣以及與交往對象的某些熟人的關(guān)系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里潤公司副總裁。10年前，我和您先生是大學(xué)同學(xué)。” 其中本人姓名、供職的單位及部門(mén)、擔負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作等三項，又叫工作式自我介紹內容的三要素，通常缺一不可。
�、傩彰�。應當一口報出，不可有姓無(wú)名，或有名無(wú)姓。
�、趩挝�。單位及部門(mén)，如可能最好全部報出，具體工作部門(mén)有時(shí)可以暫不報出。
�、勐殑�(wù)。擔負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作，有職務(wù)最好報出職務(wù)，職務(wù)較低或者無(wú)職務(wù)，則可報出目前所從事的具體工作。
舉個(gè)例子，可以說(shuō)：“我叫唐果，是大秦廣告公司的公關(guān)部經(jīng)理。”
【應聘者具體應注意以下幾點(diǎn)】
1、接到面試通知后，最好在家打個(gè)自我介紹的草稿，然后試著(zhù)講述幾次，感覺(jué)一下。
2、自我介紹時(shí)首先應禮貌地做一個(gè)極簡(jiǎn)短的開(kāi)場(chǎng)白，并向所有的面試人員(如果有多個(gè)面試考官的'話(huà))示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過(guò)來(lái)后才開(kāi)始。
3、 注意掌握時(shí)間，如果面試考官規定了時(shí)間，一定要注意時(shí)間的掌握，既不能超時(shí)太長(cháng)，也不能過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)短。
4、介紹的內容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經(jīng)歷、時(shí)間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡(jiǎn)歷表上已經(jīng)有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所應聘職位有關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷和所取得的成績(jì)，以證明你確實(shí)有能力勝任你所應聘的工作職位。
5、在作自我簡(jiǎn)介時(shí)，眼睛千萬(wàn)不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經(jīng)心的樣子，這會(huì )給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺(jué)。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長(cháng)久注視目不轉睛。再就是盡量少加一些手的輔助動(dòng)作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態(tài)也是很重要的。
6、在自我介紹完后不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時(shí)往往會(huì )因此影響考官對你的印象。
