　　面試問(wèn)題

　　1. Tell me about your study

　　2. Why banking, why financial markets

　　3. What inspired you to choose/ what is your career goal

　　4. Any questions at this stage

　　Part 2. Behavior

　　1. Tell me an example when you have to deliver a task to very high standard. What challenges have you faced?

　　2. Tell me an example when you have to work with people with different opinions.

　　3. Example of adapting to changes quickly. How long did it take you to adapt, why was it important? What have you learnt from it.

　　這個(gè)不是HR，是渣打把第一輪外包到印度的一個(gè)人力公司。打來(lái)的印度姐姐沒(méi)什么口音的，聲音很好聽(tīng)，也很和藹。

　　但是面的時(shí)間長(cháng)不代表就好，我就說(shuō)的太久了，面完累到半死口干舌燥。說(shuō)話(huà)多傷元氣啊。。。印度姐姐一直confirm details, 自己感覺(jué)不是很滿(mǎn)意，有時(shí)候例子里有點(diǎn)technical的東西她聽(tīng)幾遍也不理解，一邊聽(tīng)一邊要記筆記的，真心不容易。

　　總之祝大家都好運啦~ 今年招人的投行不多，所以渣打的要求也是水漲船高，好好準備吧~ 加油!!
