Steps of an English debate

1. The first debater in pros speaks.(about 3 minutes)

Rules
The rules of asking part
The speach of each debater should includes answer part and ask part. The answer should be clear and easy and the question also should be clear.( only one question each time)
The rules of free debate
1. Free debate should be around two teams.A debater in pros speaks first then a debater in cons speaks. Two teams take turns, until the time is up.
2. The time that each team takes should be calculated the total time. When one team end the speaking, we begin to record the time of the other team.
3. In the total time. It doesn't matter that how long and how many times a debater speak.
4. If one of the teams uses out the time, the other team can give up speaking or keep on taking turns until the time is up. Giving up speaking cannot influence the score.
During the debate, debaters cannot read the imformation that is prepared before. But they can show the summary of any newspaper or book.
During the debate, debaters cannot leave sets. They also cannot stop the speaking of the other side debater or their side debater.
英文辯論賽流程介紹
每組選手有2人組成，每場(chǎng)辯論正方稱(chēng)為“政府”，反方稱(chēng)為“野黨”，每位辯手依次單獨發(fā)言，對所給出的辨題進(jìn)行辯論。在每位代表的7分鐘發(fā)言過(guò)程中，還需要接受至少兩次由反方提出的質(zhì)詢(xún)。與傳統的辯論形式注重辯論中的團隊精神不同，英國議會(huì )制的辯論更側重測試辯論賽中的每個(gè)辯論者的.個(gè)人水平。
英語(yǔ)辯論賽流程
一、由辯論會(huì )主席承擔
1、辯論賽開(kāi)始
2、宣布辯題
3、介紹參賽代表隊及所持立場(chǎng)
4、介紹參賽隊員
5、介紹規則、評委及工作人員
6、辯論比賽
7、評委點(diǎn)評
8、觀(guān)眾自由提問(wèn)，評委評分(同時(shí)進(jìn)行)
9、宣布比賽結果
10 辯論賽結束
二、辯論過(guò)程
1、辯方陳詞立論階段：
(1)正、反方一辯發(fā)言
先由正反雙方主辯發(fā)出陳述本方主要觀(guān)點(diǎn)貼。必須在指定的時(shí)間內完成。
(2)正、反方二辯發(fā)言
正方二辯、反方二辯以簡(jiǎn)潔文字重點(diǎn)從理論上論證己方觀(guān)點(diǎn);
(3)正、反方三辯發(fā)言
由正方三辯、反方三辯分別以簡(jiǎn)潔文字進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，為本方觀(guān)點(diǎn)提供論據支持。
2、自由辯論階段
由正方首先發(fā)言，然后反方發(fā)言，正反方依次輪流發(fā)言。
(在相對集中的時(shí)間內進(jìn)行)
3、總結階段
由雙方四辯進(jìn)行最后陳述，總結已方觀(guān)點(diǎn)，反駁對方主觀(guān)點(diǎn)，
(1)反方四辯總結陳詞
(2)正方四辯總結陳詞
5、觀(guān)眾提問(wèn)：觀(guān)眾對雙方隊員進(jìn)行提問(wèn)，隊員必須給予耐心解答。提問(wèn)階段雙方的表現不記入比賽成績(jì)。
6、評委評分階段
7、由評委對雙方觀(guān)點(diǎn)及辯論過(guò)程進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評。
8、結果宣布
三、辯論規則
1、每位隊員必須在規定的時(shí)間內完成，超過(guò)時(shí)間按照棄權處理，并從所在團隊總分中減掉5分。
2、自由辯論規則
自由辯論發(fā)言必須在兩隊之間交替進(jìn)行，首先由正方一名隊員發(fā)言，然后由反方一名隊員發(fā)言，雙方輪流，直到時(shí)間用完為止。
(每一場(chǎng)的自由辯論在集中的兩個(gè)小時(shí)內完成，每場(chǎng)的具體時(shí)間另定，每貼的文字在60--800字之間，每次只能提一個(gè)問(wèn)題。)
四、評判標準
(一) 將聘請五位評委對本次比賽進(jìn)行全程評議。
(二) 評分標準
1、論點(diǎn)明晰，論據充足，引證恰當，分析透徹。
2、迅速抓住對方觀(guān)點(diǎn)及失誤，駁論精到，切中要害。
3、反映敏捷，應對能力強。
4、表達清晰、層次清楚，邏輯嚴密。
(三)評分辦法(團體和個(gè)人分別記分，滿(mǎn)分均為100分)
(1)審題：對所持立場(chǎng)能否從邏輯、理論、事實(shí)等多層次、多角度理解，論據是否充足，推理關(guān)系是否明晰，對本方的難點(diǎn)是否具有有效的處理方法。
(2)論證：論證是否有說(shuō)服力，論據是否充分，推理過(guò)程是否合乎邏輯，事實(shí)引用是否得當、真實(shí)。
(3)辯駁：提問(wèn)能否抓住對方要害，問(wèn)題簡(jiǎn)單明了。在規定時(shí)間內沒(méi)有提出問(wèn)題或提問(wèn)不清，應適當扣分。是否正面回答對方的問(wèn)題，能否給人以有理有據的感覺(jué)。不回答或不正面回答應相應扣分。
(4)配合：是否有團隊精神，是否相互支持，論辯銜接是否緊密。問(wèn)答是否形成一個(gè)有機整體，給對方一個(gè)有力打擊。
(5)辯風(fēng)：所用語(yǔ)言和辯論風(fēng)格講究文明禮貌。不得對對方辯友和網(wǎng)友進(jìn)行人身攻擊。
(四)扣分：凡審題、論證、辯駁、配合、辯風(fēng)項目中，不符合評判要求和違反規則的，均酌情扣分。由于參賽隊自身原因造成的突發(fā)事件影響比賽的，由評判團決定，在其累計總分中扣5-10%。
