如何應答外國客戶(hù)電話(huà)？

　　接到外國客戶(hù)的電話(huà)，可是自己的英語(yǔ)又不靈，這個(gè)時(shí)候要怎么應對呢？以下幾個(gè)表達可以幫你解圍。

　　1. 請稍待片刻。

　　Just a moment, please.

　　2. 請別掛斷。我找一位會(huì )說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的人來(lái)。

　　Hold the line, please. I’ll get an English speaker.

　　3. 請等一下。我找個(gè)人來(lái)聽(tīng)。

　　Hold on, please. I’ll get someone to the phone.

　　4. 很抱歉，我英語(yǔ)說(shuō)得不好。我找個(gè)會(huì )講英語(yǔ)的人稍后回電話(huà)給你。能留下你的姓名和電話(huà)號碼嗎？

　　I’m sorry, my English is not good enough. I’ll have an English speaker call you back later. May I have your name and telephone number?

　　I’ll see if she is in.

　　我去看看她有沒(méi)有在。

　　8I am afraid she is out at the moment.
