解讀有關(guān)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)句式

　　由于英語(yǔ)使用許多連接詞，所以，句式結構比較靈活多樣。但商務(wù)英語(yǔ)屬于正式文體，因此，它有著(zhù)典型的書(shū)面英語(yǔ)句法特征：句子結構較為復雜，句式規范，文體正式，尤其在商務(wù)合同協(xié)議中更是如此。

　　請看下例：

　　If, whether during the execution of the works or after their completion and whether before or after the repudiation or other termination of the contract, between the Employer and the Contractor arises any dispute in connection with, or arising out of, the Contract or the execution of the works, including any disagreement by either party with any action, inaction, opinion, instruction, determination, certificate or valuation of the Engineer, the matter shall, in the first place, be referred to the Disputes Review Board.

　　(無(wú)論是在工程執行過(guò)程中，還是在工程完成以后，也無(wú)論是在放棄合同或其他終止合同之前或者之后，如果業(yè)主與承包商之間出現任何與合同或工程執行有關(guān)的`或因合同或工程執行而引發(fā)的爭端，包括任何一方對工程師的任何行動(dòng)、不行動(dòng)、意見(jiàn)、指示、決定、證書(shū)或評價(jià)所產(chǎn)生的異議，那么該爭端應首先提交爭端審核委員會(huì )。)

　　同時(shí)，商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的句式結構也趨于簡(jiǎn)短。例如：

　　We hereby confirm... / This is to confirm... 茲確認……

　　Our firm had a bad year last year．去年我公司年景不佳。

　　Enclosed please find...隨函附上……，請查收。

　　I can't share your view on that．對此本人不敢茍同。

　　這些句型看似簡(jiǎn)單，但要做到在從事國際商務(wù)活動(dòng)中對這些常用句型信手拈來(lái)、應用自如，也非易事。
