商業(yè)電子書(shū)信文法的十點(diǎn)注意事項
商業(yè)書(shū)信通常都非常正式，要求表達一定要非常清晰，否則會(huì )給業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)往造成麻煩。下面是有關(guān)文法的tips，看看你有沒(méi)有犯同樣的錯誤哦!
1、切忌主客不分或模糊。例子： Deciding to rescind the earlier estimate, our report was updated to include $40,000 for new equipment. 應改為 Deciding to rescind our earlier estimate, we have updated our report to include $40,000 for new equipment. (是We 來(lái)decide, 不是report.)
2、句子不要零碎。例子： He decided not to audit the last ten contracts, because of our previous objections about compliance. 應該連在一起.
3、對稱(chēng)的'結構比較容易讓人理解。例子： The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and the fact that the contract had been altered with ink markings. 應改為: The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and ink alterations of the contract.
4、 單復數不要搞亂，不然會(huì )好刺眼，看著(zhù)不舒服。例如： An authorized person must show that they have security clearance.
5、 動(dòng)詞主詞要呼應。 想想這兩個(gè)分別： 1). This is one of the public-relations functions that are under budgeted. 2). This is one of the public-relations functions, which are under budgeted.
6、 時(shí)態(tài)和語(yǔ)氣不要轉變太多�？瓷虅�(wù)英語(yǔ)已經(jīng)是苦事，不要浪費人家的精力啊。
7、標點(diǎn)要準確。例如: He did not make repairs, however, he continued to monitor the equipment. 改為: He did not make repairs; however, he continued to monitor the equipment.
8、選詞要正確，像affect和effect，operative和operational等等就要弄清楚才好用啦。
9、拼寫(xiě)要正確，有電腦拼字檢查功能后，就更加不能偷懶。也許一筆好買(mǎi)賣(mài)就因為你的一個(gè)錯字飛掉了哦!
10、 大小寫(xiě)要注意。非必要不要整個(gè)字都是大寫(xiě)，除非要罵人。例如: MUST change to OS immediately. 外國人就覺(jué)得不禮貌和喝令人一樣。要強調的話(huà)，用底線(xiàn)，斜字，粗體就可以了
