如何準備面試復試

　　This time around, expect to spend more time at the company, talk to more people, individually and collectively, and have your skills and personality scrutinized more closely. 這一輪，你要準備在公司呆更久，與更多的人或單獨或集體進(jìn)行交流。你的各項能力要接受更為嚴格的檢驗。

　　From an employer's perspective, the second interview is a chance to closely evaluate a candidate's abilities and interpersonal skills. Your prospective employer wants to see that you can do the job and work well with colleagues. 從雇主的角度來(lái)看，復試是仔細評估候選人工作能力、為人處事能力的一個(gè)機會(huì )。將來(lái)的雇主希望你能做好工作，而且能和同事融洽相處。

　　Be aware that many employers bring in several candidates on the same day to streamline the second interview process. Your challenge is to distinguish yourself from the other candidates. 要知道，許多的雇主會(huì )讓多名候選人一同進(jìn)行復試以簡(jiǎn)化程序。 你的挑戰是如何讓自己從眾多候選者中脫穎而出。

　　To show you're a good fit with the company, focus on explaining how your abilities and experiences would enable you to do the job. Be specific. 　　Who You'll Meet 你將要見(jiàn)到哪些人

　　On your first interview, you probably met with one or two people. This time, be prepared to meet several more over the course of the day, including potential managers, coworkers and other staff members. 在初試時(shí)，你大概只會(huì )見(jiàn)到一兩位面試官。這次，你要準備好一天和好幾位面試官見(jiàn)面，包括將來(lái)的經(jīng)理、同事和其它公司人員。

　　You may meet individually with several people, who will most likely ask you similar questions. Keep your answers consistent but mix up your delivery so that your answers don't sound stale or staged. If possible, before the interview acquire a list of the people you'll be meeting with and do a little research on each one. 　　It's rare to receive an offer on the spot, but it does happen occasionally. If the feedback is consistently positive over the course of the day, you may get a job offer at the end of the interview. If that happens, don't make a hasty decision. Ask for time to think about it. 當場(chǎng)獲得工作機會(huì )的時(shí)候并不多，但有時(shí)也會(huì )發(fā)生。如果一天中面試人員對你的反饋都一致的積極，也許面試結束時(shí)你就會(huì )獲得工作機會(huì )。如果是那樣，不要貿然決定。提出先考慮一下。

　　If you don't get an offer, be sure to immediately send a brief thank you note to every person you spoke with. Some companies make hiring decisions in a matter of days, but many can take weeks to make their final choice. 如果當場(chǎng)沒(méi)有獲得工作機會(huì )，記得要立即給每一位和你交談過(guò)的人發(fā)一封簡(jiǎn)要的感謝信。雖然一些公司會(huì )在短短幾天內做出招聘決定，但許多公司往往要花數周的時(shí)間才會(huì )做成決定。
