范圍內容
根據普通高等學(xué)校對新生文化素質(zhì)的要求，依據中華人民共和國教育部2003年頒布的《普通高中課程方案（實(shí)驗）》和《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標準（實(shí)驗）》，確定“英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)”考試的內容。
�。ㄒ唬┱Z(yǔ)言知識
要求考生掌握并能運用英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法基礎知識以及所學(xué)功能意念和話(huà)題（以每年頒布的考試大綱為依據），要求詞匯量為3500個(gè)詞左右。
�。ǘ┱Z(yǔ)言運用
聽(tīng)力要求考生聽(tīng)懂所熟悉話(huà)題的簡(jiǎn)短獨白和對話(huà)�？忌鷳埽�
�。�1）理解主旨和要義；
�。�2）獲取具體的、事實(shí)性信息；
�。�3）對所聽(tīng)內容作出推斷；
�。�4）理解說(shuō)話(huà)者的意圖、觀(guān)點(diǎn)和態(tài)度。
口語(yǔ)要求考生根據題示進(jìn)行口頭表達�？忌鷳埽�
�。�1）詢(xún)問(wèn)或傳遞事實(shí)性信息，表達意思和想法；
�。�2）做到語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調自然；
�。�3）做到語(yǔ)言運用得體；
�。�4）使用有效的交際策略。
考試形式
“英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)”考試時(shí)間約30分鐘�？荚噷�(shí)行計算機輔助考試，即錄音形式，聽(tīng)到“嘟”后可回答。試卷滿(mǎn)分60分，但最后折合成15分為滿(mǎn)分。自2021年起，英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)考試分值調整為20分。[1]計分時(shí)，采用四舍五入法。
試卷結構
“英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)”考試內容、題量、計分和時(shí)間安排如下：
計算機輔助“CELST”考試最終計入英語(yǔ)科總成績(jì)的分值=卷面成績(jì)（滿(mǎn)分60分）×0.33（2021年起，總分為20分），四舍五入取整數計分。
題型說(shuō)明
Part A - Reading Aloud(模仿朗讀)，要求考生觀(guān)看一段大約一分鐘的片段，然后考生開(kāi)始模仿訓練：先閱讀文字稿，再對照文字稿聽(tīng)錄音。完成訓練之后考生開(kāi)始模仿朗讀：考生對照片斷的字幕朗讀，要求考生的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調和語(yǔ)速盡可能與片斷保持一致。
Part B - Role Play(角色扮演)，要求考生觀(guān)看一段大約兩分鐘的片段，明確自己擬要扮演的角色以及要完成的任務(wù)�？赐昶沃笫紫雀鶕形奶崾�，準備20秒鐘后用英語(yǔ)提出三個(gè)問(wèn)題，計算機將回答考生的提問(wèn)；然后計算機向考生提出五個(gè)問(wèn)題，考生必須根據自己所聽(tīng)的內容（包括片段和計算機的回答兩部分）回答問(wèn)題，回答問(wèn)題之前考生有10秒鐘的準備時(shí)間。
Part C - Retelling(故事復述)，要求考生先聽(tīng)一段大約兩分鐘的獨白，錄音播放兩遍�？忌鷾蕚湟环昼娭箝_(kāi)始復述所聽(tīng)的內容。要求考生盡可能使用自己的語(yǔ)言復述，而且復述內容應涵蓋盡可能多的原文信息點(diǎn)。選取的獨白其體裁主要以記述文和議論文為主。
