一、負責組織領(lǐng)導部門(mén)制造組對新報模具的設計、制造及整理工作；
二、負責與生產(chǎn)部生技科協(xié)調修理老產(chǎn)品模具等事項；
三、對本科室人員進(jìn)行工作指導、考核、培訓和任免的'責任；
四、組織現場(chǎng)管理，推行5s及本科室的設備保養等事項。

任職要求:
1)5年以上模具設計或模具評審相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,模具或機械類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)
2)有一定的`英語(yǔ)基礎,能夠進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的讀寫(xiě)
3)對塑膠模具的結構和制作流程非常清楚,能夠對模具進(jìn)行評審和dfm
4)熟悉pro-e及辦公軟件

-assist center manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators
協(xié)助中心經(jīng)理管理模具涂層生產(chǎn)的關(guān)聯(lián)人員,并負責指導、培訓關(guān)聯(lián)人員
-technical and applications support to local sales team and other coating centers if necessary according to the manager`s requirement
為銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)或其他生產(chǎn)中心進(jìn)行技術(shù)及應用支持
-supporting from china mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in dg center.
在所在中心構建高效及專(zhuān)業(yè)的模具涂層團隊
-solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from china mold manager and mold supervisor.

-bachelor degree or above, major in mold design/mental material/heat treatment or related.

-more than 5 years working experience in molding related field
5年以上模具行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
-knowledge in mold structure and machinery
