2016空姐面試經(jīng)驗分享：會(huì )說(shuō)英語(yǔ)對空乘應聘有好處
空姐英語(yǔ)面試關(guān)，雖然考官只是問(wèn)是不是喜歡這份工作之類(lèi)的簡(jiǎn)單會(huì )話(huà)，但一些面試者卻依然回答不上來(lái)。“參加空姐招聘，如果能達到高三英語(yǔ)水平，就肯定能過(guò)關(guān)。從面試情況來(lái)看，大約有兩三成的考生能夠通過(guò)形象關(guān)和英語(yǔ)關(guān)的初試。”海航負責招聘的工作人員表示。本文由應屆畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)整理的，歡迎閱讀！
如今，航空公司競相開(kāi)通更多航線(xiàn)，對空乘的外語(yǔ)水平也提出了更高要求。據介紹，除了英語(yǔ)之外，掌握一些小語(yǔ)種也會(huì )具備很強的優(yōu)勢。
空姐缺口變大
有應聘者說(shuō)，雖然空乘工作很累，但是體面且薪水豐厚。海航工作人員表示認可，“在海航，一般剛進(jìn)的空乘人員月薪五六千左右，如果飛國際航線(xiàn)月薪至少上萬(wàn)。”
據了解，目前各大航空公司密集招聘空乘，最重要的原因是缺口變大。不過(guò)，也有業(yè)內人士透露，頻繁招聘的`另一個(gè)原因是空姐流失嚴重。
該人士解釋說(shuō)，如今航空公司招聘空姐，幾乎都采取“勞務(wù)工”的用工方式，與新招空姐簽訂5年或10年的聘用合同，到期可不續聘。工作穩定性和歸屬感下降，使得空姐一旦找到更好的出路，就會(huì )立馬辭職。
也許正是在這種大背景下，空姐“門(mén)檻”才越來(lái)越低，只要綜合素質(zhì)好，即使只有高中或者中專(zhuān)學(xué)歷也行。

1.Q：Tell me about yourself and your past experience.
說(shuō)說(shuō)你自己和你過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷。
A：For the past 3 years, I have been working in China East Airlines
Corporation Limited. I very tolerant of people and have been told that this is one of my strengths. I feel I have a lot to offer as a team
member.
過(guò)去三年我一直在中國東方航空有限公司工作。我待人寬容，別人都說(shuō)這是我的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。我想作為團隊一員，我能作出很多貢獻。
2.Q：What made you decide on this type of occupation?
什么原因使你決定投身這個(gè)行業(yè)呢?
A： I like travelling very much and I enjoy working with people.
我非常喜歡旅游，喜歡和人打交道。
3.Q：Do you know what are the responsibilities of the stewardess?
你知道作為空中小姐的職責是什么嗎?
A：The main responsibility of the stewardess is to make the passengers relaxed and happy during the flight.
主要的職責就是讓乘客在飛行中能放松、快樂(lè )。
4.Q：What do you think are the chief characteristics of a stewardess?
你認為空姐的主要品質(zhì) 是什么?
A：Well, a stewardess should be friendly, courteous, patient and treat passengers kindly and politely.
空姐應該待人友好、有禮貌、有耐心，對顧客和藹、彬彬有禮。
5.Q：Do you get angry easily?
你容易生氣嗎?
A: No, I know how to control my temper.
不，我知道怎樣控制自己的脾氣。
6.Q：If a passenger had a accident, what would you do?
如果有乘客發(fā)生意外，你會(huì )怎么辦?
A: I would give him or her basic first aid and ask my partner to call for assistance at the same time.
我會(huì )為他/她做基本的急救，同時(shí)讓同伴尋求救助。
7.Q：If you are hired, when can you start work?
如果你被錄用，什么時(shí)候你能開(kāi)始工作?
A: I can begin to work right away because I am out of work now.
因為我目前沒(méi)有工作，所以隨時(shí)都可以。
8.Q：What are your salary expectations?
你希望拿多少薪水?
A: I really need more information about the job before we start to discuss salary. I like to postpone that discussion until later. Maybe you could tell me what is budgeted for the position and how your commission structure works.
在討論薪水前，我需要更多了解這份工作。我希望遲點(diǎn)討論這個(gè)問(wèn)題，或者你可以告訴我這個(gè)職位的預算薪酬是多少，貴公司的傭金制度是如何運作的。
