終止解除勞動(dòng)合同證明書(shū)

4、 符合《勞動(dòng)合同法》第40條第 項由單位解除勞動(dòng)合同;
5、 符合《勞動(dòng)合同法》第41條第1款第 項終止解除勞動(dòng)合同;
6、符合《勞動(dòng)合同法》第44條第 項終止勞動(dòng)合同。
