應聘外企時(shí)自我介紹技巧
面試時(shí)，我們會(huì )面對形形色色的問(wèn)題，而最令人啞口無(wú)言的，往往是一些最簡(jiǎn)單和最常見(jiàn)的題目，比如"請你自我介紹一下"。大多數應聘者的反應是--我應該如何作答呢？
其實(shí)要懂得應對此問(wèn)題，就要先做好準備。

The first thing to realize is that the question, "Tell me about yourself," provides you with a great chance to promote your strong points. This is particularly important when applying for a job that is different from what you have done in the past. You need to show the interviewer that your previous jobs provide you with skills that can be used in the new job.
WHAT TO TALK ABOUT 如何介紹？
你可以選擇三個(gè)重點(diǎn)來(lái)介紹自己，但避免重復履歷中曾提及的資料。
Around this skeleton should be the meat of your answer; your less obvious, but important skills. Here are some of the skills that you might want to mention.
你可以介紹自己是：Problem solver 解決問(wèn)題能手；Creative thinker 充滿(mǎn)創(chuàng )意；；Accurate 小心謹慎；People person 與人相處融洽；Team player 合群；Organized 組織力高。
當你構思答案時(shí)，你要想想應該如何說(shuō)出，內容要令人感興趣，不沉悶，避免滔滔不絕地 只說(shuō)自己的強項。
Promote your strengths, but do not mention any of your weaknesses;推銷(xiāo)自己的長(cháng)處，但不要提及自己的`弱點(diǎn)；
Try to be funny if you can, but don't force it;可以的話(huà)，盡量說(shuō)得幽默有趣；
Summarize your career and education, but don't recite a list;概括說(shuō)出你的工作經(jīng)驗和學(xué)歷，但切勿背誦；
Don't start with your date of birth;不用提及你的出生日期
Avoid information that is not career-related. The fact that you own a dog won't get you a job;避免說(shuō)一些與職業(yè)無(wú)關(guān)的事，例如：你有一只狗，這并不能為你爭取到工作；
Always answer this question;經(jīng)常思考和解答這條問(wèn)題；
Try to sound natural;對答要自然；
