  一、NO TRICKS中的“N”代表需求(need)

  對于買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方來(lái)說(shuō),誰(shuí)的需求更強烈一些?如果買(mǎi)方的需要較多,賣(mài)方就擁有相對較強的談判力,你越希望賣(mài)出你的產(chǎn)品,買(mǎi)方就擁有較強的談判力。

  二、NO TRICKS中的“O”代表選擇(options)

  如果談判不能最后達成協(xié)議,那么雙方會(huì )有什么選擇?如果你可選擇的機會(huì )越多,對方認為你的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)是唯一的或者沒(méi)有太多選擇余地,你就擁有較強的談判資本。

  三、T代表時(shí)間(time)

  主要是指談判中可能出現的有時(shí)間限制的緊急事件,如果買(mǎi)方受時(shí)間的壓力,自然會(huì )增強賣(mài)方的的談判力。

  四、NO TRICKS中的“R”代表關(guān)系(relationship)

  六、C代表可信性(credibility)

  如果潛在顧客對產(chǎn)品可信性也是談判力的一種,如果推銷(xiāo)人員知道你曾經(jīng)使用過(guò)某種產(chǎn)品,而他的產(chǎn)品具有價(jià)格和質(zhì)量等方面的'優(yōu)勢時(shí),無(wú)疑會(huì )增強賣(mài)方的可信性,但這一點(diǎn)并不能決定最后是否能成交。

  七、K代表知識(knowledge)

  知識就是力量。如果你充分了解顧客的問(wèn)題和需求,并預測到你的產(chǎn)品能如何滿(mǎn)足顧客的需求,你的知識無(wú)疑增強了對顧客的談判力。反之,如果顧客對產(chǎn)品擁有更多的知識和經(jīng)驗,顧客就有較強的談判力。

  八、S代表的是技能(skill)
