　　W: Excuse me, sir, are you ready to order?
　　打攪一下，先生，現在可以點(diǎn)餐了嗎？
　　G: Yes, I am. But there’re so many things on the menu that look fine. Could you recommend me something special?
　　是的。但菜單令我眼花繚亂，你能推薦點(diǎn)有特色的嗎？
　　W: Yes, sir. We have Goose liver and lobster combination . It’s our chef’s recommendation. It’s delicious and worth a try.
　　好的，先生。我們有海悅脆皮雞，它是我們大廚的拿手菜，非�？煽�，值得一嘗。
　　G: Ok, I’ll take it.
　　DialogueⅡ
　　W：May I take your order, sir?
　　G: Yes, please. I’d like Tenderloin steak。好的，我要來(lái)一份菲力牛排。
　　W: I’m very sorry, It ’s sold out now .Would you like to try our sirloin steak? (May I suggest …)It’s also very delicious/tasty/good.
　　對不起，菲力牛排售完了，要不要試一試我們的沙朗牛排，味道很好的
　　G: All right. I’ll take that.
　　要記住的句型：
　　1 …is very popular here. It’s very tasty. Would you like to try it?
　　……是我們餐廳最受歡迎的菜式之一，味道非常好，您要不要試試？
　　2 Would you like to try our delicious dessert? It has many variety of tastes.
　　您要不要試試我們的美味點(diǎn)心，它還有多種口味。
　　3 (Today) we have … 今天，我們有。。。
　　Today’s special is… 今天的特色菜有。。。
　　4.Why not try some? 為什么不嘗嘗呢？
　　5 There isn’t/aren’t any… left. 。。。售完了。
　　6. 記住對話(huà)中的黑體句型
　　7. 在客人詢(xún)問(wèn)特色菜或其點(diǎn)的菜式?jīng)]有時(shí)，可適時(shí)向客人推薦。注意靈活使用。

　　G: Waiter, the bill, please. 服務(wù)員，結帳。
　　W: Yes, sir. 好的，先生。
　　Here is your check/bill, sir, thank you. 這是您的帳單，先生。謝謝。
　　G: Here you are. 這里（現金）
　　W: 200 yuan. Please wait minute. I’ll be back with your changes and receipt.
　　Here is your changes and receipt, thank you. Good night, hope to see you again.
　　收您兩百元。請稍等，一會(huì )給您找零和收據。
　�。ㄟ^(guò)一會(huì )）這是您的找零和收據，謝謝您。晚安，希望再次見(jiàn)到您。
　　2Situation Two: Pay By credit card(刷卡付帳)
　　G: Check/take the bill, please. 結帳。
　　W: Here is your check, sir. 這是您的帳單，先生。
　　G: Well, may I use my credit card? 那我能用信用卡結帳嗎？
　　W; Sure. What kind(of card) do you have, sir? 當然可.請問(wèn)先生是什么卡呢？
　　G: Visa card. Here you are.維薩卡，給。
　　W: Thank you, I’ll return your card and receipt in a few minutes. 謝謝，請稍等，一會(huì )回。
　　Will you please sign on the bill, sir? 先生，請在帳單上簽字。
　　Thank you. Bye-bye. Have a nice day. 謝謝。再見(jiàn)，祝您愉快。
　　3. Situation There: Signing The Bill（入房帳）
　　G: Waiter, may I get my bill? 服務(wù)員，能結帳嗎？
　　W: Sure. How would you like to pay for it, sir? 當然，您想怎樣付帳呢？
　　G: I’d like to put it on my hotel bill. 我想掛房帳。
　　W: May I have your room number? 能告訴我您的房間號碼嗎？
　　G: 1208.
　　W: Would you sign your name and room number on the bill, please? And could you please show me your room key?
　　在帳單上簽上您的名字和房號好嗎？請出示您的房間鑰匙。
　　G: Here you are.給你。
　　W: Could you just sign here, please? 請在這里簽字。
　　G: Ok. 好的。
