英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作格式范文

　　在英語(yǔ)作文寫(xiě)作時(shí)，格式的錯誤是不容忽視，整理了一些格式易錯點(diǎn)，大家仔細讀一讀，對號入座，發(fā)現自己的薄弱之處吧！

　　寫(xiě)作格式錯誤主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面：題目的寫(xiě)法、文章的格式、大小寫(xiě)以及標點(diǎn)符號等四個(gè)方面。下面我分別加以說(shuō)明。

　　1題目的寫(xiě)法

　　在考研作文中，大作文的寫(xiě)作（包括英一和英二）類(lèi)型是不需要題目的，只有一些小作文也就是應英文寫(xiě)作（例如：報告、備忘錄、告示、失物招領(lǐng)等）是需要題目的。因為題目是首先映入讀者眼簾的，所以要注意題目的書(shū)寫(xiě)位置。一定要在試卷作文紙上的上方中間位置書(shū)寫(xiě)。同時(shí)還應在話(huà)題和正文之間留出一定的距離，即比正文行距稍寬一些。

　　其次，要注意題目的大小寫(xiě)，實(shí)詞的首字母一定要大寫(xiě)。其它虛詞如冠詞、連詞（但如連詞的字母多于5個(gè)時(shí)則大寫(xiě))和介詞首字母不需要大寫(xiě)。比如：

　　正：Attitudes toward Money

　　2文章的格式

　　(1)四邊留空：卷面的四邊一定要留出適當的空白。這樣的文章才能整齊、美觀(guān)，給人以清晰、明快的感覺(jué)。

　　(2)空格：文章的每段的首行一定要有統一的空格（一般縮進(jìn)4-6個(gè)字節）。

　　3大小寫(xiě)方面的錯誤

　　在考研文章的評改過(guò)程中，有關(guān)大小寫(xiě)方面的錯誤層出不窮，這是考生的一個(gè)弱點(diǎn)。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，大寫(xiě)規則有以下幾條：

　　(1)大寫(xiě)每句話(huà)的第一個(gè)字母和直接引語(yǔ)的第一字母,如：

　　He said,”He is going to Shanghai next week”.

　　(2)大寫(xiě)專(zhuān)有名詞，或用作專(zhuān)有名詞的部分普通名詞，通常是縮略形式。如：

　　Dr G . G . East

　　(3)大寫(xiě)縮寫(xiě)字母。如：MPA ,MBA ,BBC

　　(4)文章標題要大寫(xiě)。

　　(5)頭銜在專(zhuān)有名詞前要大寫(xiě)，在專(zhuān)有名詞后就小寫(xiě)。例如：Captain Smith --------Smith, the captain；Uncle George--------George ,my uncle

　　4標點(diǎn)符號錯誤及分析

　　考生在寫(xiě)文章時(shí)，一定要注意正確使用標點(diǎn)符號，切忌從頭到尾只用逗號的現象。一定要熟練掌握常用標點(diǎn)符號的基本用法，尤其要正確使用逗號和分號。

　　簡(jiǎn)介：結構要點(diǎn)推薦信是向收信人推薦某人做某事的信件。

　　寫(xiě)作“三步走”：

　　1.指出被推薦的人及推薦的原因；

　　2.介紹被推薦人的情況；

　　3.總結說(shuō)明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任工作)。

　　注意：推薦信應多寫(xiě)被推薦人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，肯定其成績(jì)。但內容應真實(shí)可信，語(yǔ)言熱情得體。切忌夸大其實(shí)。

　　第一部分：指出被推薦人

　　第二部分：介紹被推薦人的情況

　　第三部分：總結說(shuō)明

　　I am confident/ convinced that… I strongly recommend him to you with no reservation.

　　Therefore, I do not hesitate to recommend her as an ideal candidate for the post you advertised.

　　Therefore, I do not hesitate to recommend …as the right person for your consideration.

　　作文范文：

　　Directions:

　　Write a letter to recommend Wang Xin for his further study in a college.

　　Write about 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter, using “Li Ming” instead. You do not need to write the address.
